Newly remodeled extra spacious home with four bedrooms (one is a bonus room), three baths, jet tub, wood burning fireplace, cable TVs, DVD players, and full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker (please make sure you bring your own K-cups), dishes, pots/pans, and more. Outdoor barbecue. This home does have a $150 refundable security deposit paid in the form of cash or check at check in.
Master Suite has a king bed, cable TV, DVD player, and private bath with large 6 x 6 shower and spa tub.
Bedroom two has a king bed.

Nicest rental by far especially for the $$. Kitchen/Amenities/silverware/cookware/plates/linens/bathrooms were all clean upon arrival. My friends & I enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to book this same cabin for our annual Big Bear trip next year. The only thing that my friends and I found a little weird was that the homeowners chose to put carpet in the bathrooms. It's kind of odd having a toilet surrounded by carpet. One small gripe for an otherwise amazing home. You won't be disappointed.

What a special time we had last week at this home. And what a view we got to enjoy! It was great having all the amenities of home. We really didn't have any reason to leave. I would love to rent this again in the Summer and Spring. Probably not recommended for older folks as driveway is very steep and makes auto access very difficult in the winter.

This estate is simply amazing. Just a beautiful house with nice view to the lake. But it was hard to find with the direction given to us from the office.

This cabin was amazing inside and out. Super clean. Would recommend to anyone staying in big bear. Planning on staying here in future trips to big bear!.

The place was just beautiful. The only problem that we encountered was it was very difficult for us to find the place. But once settled in we enjoyed ourselves very much.

This house was a perfect find for us. There were 8 of us (5 adults, 7 year old, 2.5 year old and a 8 month old baby) and there was plenty of space for all of us and the view was phenomenal. We were so happy with the condition of the house, which was true to what was advertised and the professionalism of Big Bear Cool Cabins. On our 1st night there, the heater gave out and the temperature was dropping pretty quickly and with little babies in the house, we were very concerned. We called the number given to us by Cool Cabins and someone came right away to fix it. In about 1 hour from when we called, the heat was working again and we were very happy with the response time given that this happened at around 10pm at night. All in all, would highly recommend this house and renting from Cool Cabins.

First off, I will start with the fact that I would definitely consider renting this property again in the future.
One of the only issues we had was with the water pressure. We found out the first morning of our stay, as a few of us attempted to shower using separate bathrooms, that the water pressure amounted to a trickle when someone else already had their shower running. This included running the kitchen sink as well. We literally had to wait until the shower had been turned off in order to clean the dishes in the sink. The other minor issue was the fact that there was no place to store our bags of trash, such as a garage, laundry room, etc.. Because of this, we had to stack our trash bags in a small nook just off the kitchen and make frequent runs to the city trash bins.
Otherwise, the interior of the house was very nice. It was recently renovated and the carpets, tiles, bathrooms, and furniture were in great condition. The house and bathrooms were extremely spacious and the lake views from the dining area and outside deck were gorgeous.
If you are a family, looking for a great place to stay, you should definitely consider this home. You won't be disappointed.
