This place was so much more than we expected! The house was large enough for our family reunion with grandchildren, decor was great with cozy furniture & beds. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking as far as dishes, silver, baking pans, pots, etc. The game room downstairs occupied the kids so that the adults could have their space upstairs. Wonderful outside deck. Great weekend in the mountains. Big Bear Vacation personnel were friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was effortless. Thanks to everyone for a special weekend. Kris

Bigbearvacations has great customer service and they are extremely friendly. Check in and check out was very fast and easy. This home sleeps alot of people comfortably and it has alot of fun activities inside the house. The pool table, electric darts, and the bar located in the "fun room" made our trip unforgetable. The propane grill was clean and worked great. The location of the house was perfect, it was 1 minute from the office and 5 mins from the slopes. A few things that would help upgrade this house would definetly be a new refridgerator. The ice/snow on the driveway made it a little hard for parking. After the fridge gets replaced, you should change the name to Bear "Ten" Lodge! Thanks again!

Thanks for taking the time to send us a review of Bean Nine Lodge. We really appreciate all feedback that our guests give us. The owner has recently replaced the refrigerator with a brand new one! While it is unfortunate, it is common during the winter here in the San Bernardino National Forest to experience difficulties with ice and snow since many snow storms can be continual and require continual shoveling to keep drive ways and patios clear. Additionally, if driveways are icy guests might need to have chains equipped on the drive wheels of their vehicles. We're very pleased to see you enjoyed the great amenities in the home that continue to make it a popular rental and hope to see you in the future!
