"A Ski View" is an adorable 2 bedroom, 1 bath A-Frame cabin, perched among the pines with excellent views of Bear Mtn. Ski Resort. The perfect cabin to experience mountain living - for a family, friends or just for two. Located within walking distance to the slopes at Bear Mtn. Ski Resort and a great place for plain old walks - any time of year! Only 5 minutes from the Village and the Lake.
Sleeps 6 with 2 Queens and 1 Queen Sofabed. Fully equipped Kitchen with microwave. Wood burning Fireplace. Color, Cable TV with VCR and DVD Player. Deck with BBQ. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS, PLEASE!

This lovely vacation home was an excellent value. We loved the privacy and its location. It would have been preferable if there were a table and chairs already on the deck since it has such gorgeous views and was a delightfully cool place to be mid-summer. We had to scrounge around to find an old table and chairs to put out. The grill was readily available in the converted garage/family room ready to use and put outside but it would have been nicer if it had already been on the deck. We were quite disappointed when we first entered the home into this unpleasant converted garage-looking room but found the rest of the home quite nice. I did use some Windex on the dirty patio doors so we could enjoy the views more.
My suggestion is that once it is rented, it would be nice if someone could set out a table and chairs and grill and clean the windows.
The house was equipped with all the supplies we needed for the week and we very much enjoyed being there once we tidied it up a bit.

There was trash left behind by the previous people and ashes left in the wood stove. We were not charged for it, since I called and complained, but it would have been nice to have it clean.
