Breezy One, a lovely lakefront home which features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and its own boat dock! The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a nice dining area plus a 1/2 bath and laundry is on this 1st floor.The relaxed living room has a wood burning fireplace, TV/DVD player. On the downstairs level is one bedroom with a bunk set (lower is full ), queen bed and wheel chair friendy shower(4 inch dam). The other bedrooms are located upstairs with bedroom 2 having a queen size bed and a twin pluse a 3/4 bath and the 3rd bedroom has a queen and use of the full bath in hall. Enjoyed the beautiful location of this property. The Reservation Team was friendly & helpful. Two bathrooms had recently, nicely been renovated. The cleaniness of the property was below standard (especially the kitchen walls, kitchen floors and large cobwebs throughout the property). The dishwasher did a poor job of effectively cleaning the dishes. One fire alarm was laying on the floor when we arrived - another alarm went off from the bathroom steam. The DVD/CD player did not work on the main floor. Would not stay at this location again, unless we were guaranteed a cleaner property.

We wish that you would have called us and allowed housekeeping to come to the property and re-clean, so we could have fixed it while you were here. Everything was wonderful and we had a great time! The accommodations/cabin were just perfect for our family size. And of course, getting some snow just topped the whole weekend off.

The location is really nice and I think the house was great years ago. It needs maintenance everywhere. The closets were full with dirty blankets, the kitchen did not have proper plates or cutlery, the pans were all broken or really old, there was not bottle opener. The dock had dangerous nails and needed to be painted, there was no stair to come up from the water. The table outside had the bench almost broken and we could not sit there. We felt that we paid much more than worth. I will not recommend this house to anyone.
I called to tell that we will arrive late and they told me it was OK till 23H. We arrived at nine and I had to pay 20$ for late check in. -

We had 2 families staying here,four teenagers and 4 adults. There was plenty of room, privacy, and an incredible view from most rooms. The dock was first rate and the cabin location couldn't have been better. Everyone wants to come back to this cabin next year.

Lovely big 5 bed place right on the lake at BB. Almost every room had a view of the lake. New carpets, beds and sofas, old bathrooms but hot, hot water, free wi-fi, noisy but good heating, open fire place, full kitchen with absolutely no matching cups/glasses, tv's in every bedroom and enough room my children and parents to spread out.

We have taken many trips to Big Bear, both winter and summer for our family vacations. You can't beat the atmosphere or the activities on the mountain, but you can pick the wrong accomodations. Which we have done in the past. However, "Breezy One" did not disappoint. It is quiet, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Hope to make it back real soon!
