This executive chalet is the left side of a duplex building featuring the best of everything! It is exquisitely decorated including upgraded linens and towels. The master suite has an ensuite bath with oversize slate steam shower. There is also a 2nd master suite with ensuite plus 3rd bedroom with queen bed, family room with 2 Sets of double/single bunks and den with futon which makes this chalet perfect for 2 families! The kids will enjoy the 43" TV/DVD in the family room while the adults are upstairs in the living room with their own TV/DVD or in the hot tub on the deck overlooking the Monashee Mountains. Great, clean chalet with the best ski in access. The services were spot on. As a cook in a previous life, I couldn't have stocked the kitchen any better than if I did it myself. Lots of room and privacy for the more senior members. Honestly, the only downfall was that there was 3 flights of stairs to bring a weeks worth of food up.

Excellent service fron the staff.
The home is well furnished and the kitchen has every appliance and cooking tool ever needed.
It has a superb location so handy to return for lunch and then head out again.
Soundproofing between floors is not great.
Our entire group was very pleased with the home. -

6 days at big white with the entire in-law family(14 in all). This Chalet fit everyone with lots of room to spare. Everything was easy to use and worked great and the little extras that you don't think of such as keyless entry and automatic boot dryers really put the comfort and luxury levels at the highest possible. The ski in and out was very easy to use, however you need to be aware of the time and where you are. If you wait to long you'll end up walking or taking the bus but if you head in early enough there is literally a run (not just a trail) that goes right to the front door.
One more thing, bring a big strapping young man or tough women or maybe even a mule to pack in all your luggage. The garage door makes it very easy to get stuff in the chalet but then there is a lot of stairs to go up and down get to the rooms. For our group this person was me, so my calves were burning pretty hard by the time I got everyone loaded. -

We were very happy during our week at White Wolf a. Our large group found that the chalet was big enough, with relaxing space for all. The lower level beds could use a comfort upgrade - the kids bunks were comfier than the ones in the bedrooms. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed except for dish cloths and we were a bit short on dishwasher soap.
Very casual company to deal with - accomodating and friendly - very much appreciated.
I liked the location of the chalet - it was very quiet and quite a ways away from the hubbub of the village. I am still not much of a skiier - it's quite a hike if you're taking the walking path, but such a short drive to happy valley if you aren't a ski out person.
