The Crescent is a beautiful new 8 condo building with a large heated underground car park. The condo is located on the first floor corner facing the Monashee Ranges. Enter into a heated slate floor hallway; a passage leads down to shared bathroom with steam shower, large cupboard with washer/dryer and a bedroom at the end.
