We are situated in a perfect location for access to ALL resort amenities. Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube runs and x-country ski trails. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the village centre, lifts, restaurants & shopping and Kids Centre. Ski in at day's end over the Skiers Bridge or down Gondola Way.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your brilliant home. We had the best time ever!!!. This Penthouse is one of the best accommodation that we have ever stayed in. Just a few metres walk to Happy Valley & the Gondola. All the activities are located in Happy Valley. The Penthouse is on the top floor which over looks Happy Valley. I travelled with my elderly parents, Sister and her 2 teenage children & my husband. Each family had their own bedroom & bathroom, heaps of room in the kitchen & family area. It was great having breakfast looking over the valley and watching all the activity below. The beds where extremely comfortable, hot tub awesome. I can't say enough about how well appointed, well kept, and great that this penthouse is. We will be back!!!

This was our 7th visit to Big White and after staying at many other locations, The Timbers #402 is definitely the best. We had people with us who weren't skiing and they still had a great time, due to the location. The amenities in the unit were excellent and even when we had a problem with the toaster and a gas bottle, after one call both problems were fixed the next day. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time in the unit and can't wait to get back there next year.

Great place, lots of room. Hot tub and BBQ are great. It is a perfect place for our family - the best accomodation we have ever stayed in while skiing in the past 20 years. Will book this again for next year.

First off, you can't beat the location of the Timbers. Ski in/out access was perfect without the hustle and bustle of the village traffic. A short walk or board/ski ride down to the gondola that takes you straight into the heart of the Village. Nice run takes you right back down to the front door.
The layout of this unit is great! Perfect for our group of 11 people. Master suite is gorgeous! Very spacious unit and layout overall. Intimate enough for everyone to socialize in the dining/living area and spread out enough for those times you want to just relax in a nice quiet space.
The only two "issues" were the hot tub and cooking supplies. Every other day, staff came and checked on the hot tub. The staff is very friendly, but they keep adding chlorine which aggravated those of us with sensitive sinuses, but at least we know it was sanitary! For large groups the pots and pans were not big enough for the amount of food we needed to cook, but we got it done. These are two very minor things and I wouldn't give them a second thought when renting this unit again.
We are looking forward to next season! Mahalo!
