Been coming to Big White for about 10 years, this property was the worst. The garbage can was full in the garage which stunk. There were cob webs all over along with spider nests. The couches and all mattresses were horrible to sit and sleep on. The wood floor was so torn up the we kept getting slivers in our feet. The down stairs bathroom smelt like something died in there which pretty much stunk up the whole down stairs. The children, along with some of the adults, slept on the floor due to the extremely uncomfortable beds. We have stayed in this particular unit before with no problems at all. This time was not comparable!

Not having internet is like not having water. Not an option! We should have been told about this before renting.
Otherwise an incredible vacation and a wonderful rental experience. -

My wife and I spent a wonderful week at the chalet with our 4 adult children. Everyone had privacy and somewhere to get away to (2 family rooms). The location allowed us to walk into the lower and mid village which was very convenient.
