Swan Shores Lodge offers magnificent water views and is a one of a kind square log home with 200 feet of privacy on pristine Swan Lake. This square log home was architecturally designed to take advantage of the expansive lake and mountain views. The home his multi levels with spectacular lake views from every room. 6 bedrooms 4.5 baths and 6500 sq feet makes this home the perfect gathering place for a family vacation. Bring your boat; our home has not only a boat dock, we have our own boat ramp!

The home sits on one acre of privacy in a park-like setting and is sheltered by cedar trees. Walk through the front door of this impeccably ma...intained home with open great room floor plan, ideal for entertaining. Beautiful upscale nautical-style furnishings and designer theme touches and has wood floors throughout. This is true luxury vacation home that is considered to be one of the finest homes in the Flathead Valley.

Main Floor: The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king size bed a Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower is in the master bath, a second guest bedroom is located on the main floor with queen size bed and full size bath room with another walk in shower. A large gourmet kitchen features every small appliance imaginable, top of the line Monogram stainless steel double oven, microwave and a six burner gas range, warming drawer and Bosh dishwasher and compactor. The dining area has a large dining table with seating for 12 guests, a nice breakfast bar is wide an open for family entertaining. Also, on the main floor is a half bath and large laundry area with large capacity washer and dryer, this area also serves as a mud room.

Second floor: Two guest bedrooms are located on the upper level with a walkway bridge that separates the two bedrooms providing really nice privacy. Both bedrooms are very spacious one bedroom has a queen size bed the other has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have larger dormer window seats, a full bathroom with double vanity sinks and shower over tub.

Lower Level The fifth bedroom is on the lower level of the house and has a unique speed boat trundle bed that opens to make two twin beds. Also on the lower level is a large game room with pool table and a private office set up for those that need keep in touch with work, the lower level also features a fabulous home theater room with recliner seating for ten people.

Guest Quarters: The 6th bedroom is totally private and is located across the breezeway over the garage. The guest quarters set up is ideal for those who prefer a bit of privacy. This bedroom has beautiful views of Swan Lake and features a queen size bed and private bathroom with walk in shower and vanity.

Summary of Rental Summary Fees:

*Rate Information: Our rates are based on the total number of bedrooms required during the entire stay. Each bedroom is considered to be double occupancy. We only rent to one family/party at a time, this is not a shared house rate like a B&B.; If not all the bedrooms are ordered we close off the bedrooms that are not going to be used. We have a flexible reservation system so if you are not sure of the number of bedrooms at time of booking you can add sleeping capacity up until 7 days prior to arrival.

* The rate shown is for all 6 bedrooms. If you do not require this much sleeping capacity deduct $350.00 per bedroom plus 7% tax and $25.00 extra per bedroom for cleaning.

*Reservations Deposits: A 20% deposit is required at time of booking, the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Payments: For the protection of our renters the only form of payment we accept is credit card payments or echeck payments through our own reservation system. We will never ask a renter to send us any payment by a wire transfer service.

* Application Fee - $35.00 (waived for repeat guests)

* Damage Insurance - $45.00 (required to rent this home).

* Nightly Rate Adjustment - $50.00 each additional bedroom

* Cleaning Fee 1 bedroom - $225.00 each additional bedroom $25.00.

  We have been vacationing at Swan Shores Lodge for years. We stay for two weeks and wish it were more. The location, peacefulness, amenities and home are truly outstanding. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a gourmet meal. A minor complaint would be the dock which is old and in need of updating. We have vacationed with our three children all over the country and this still remains their favorite vacation spot year after year.

  Swan Shores Lodge is the best of Montana paradise

  If you are looking for a Montana log home experience deserving of the cover of architectural Digest, both interior and exterior, head for Swan Shores Lodge. This home is located in the most beautiful spot on Swan Lake with mountain views from every room and nearby Big Fork, horse trails, whitewater rafting, and a choice of family dining or intimate gourmet restaurants. Not enough writing space here to boast about the dedicated efforts of the owners to support their guests with amenities that include a chef's kitchen equipped for professional chefs, inside and outdoor dining for more than a dozen, cloud-like mattresses with beautifully appointed decor and a media room for 10. We celebrated our 50th anniversary with our children and grandchildren and none of us wanted to leave. Is it possible to have a perfect vacation? If you select Swan Shores Lodge, it is guaranteed. Thanks to the owners for their gracious and thoughtful preparation for a memory that will last a lifetime.
