This apartment has three bedrooms including a master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, another double bedroom and a twin room. Is has an amazing living room/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms and a 10 square meters terrace.

The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao is a museum of modern and contemporary art, designed by Canadian-American architect Frank Gehry, built by Ferrovial, and located in Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain.
It is built alongside the Nervion River, which runs through the city of Bilbao to the Atlantic Coast. The Guggenheim is one of several museums belonging to the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation. The museum features permanent and visiting exhibits of works by Spanish and international artists.
One of the most admired works of contemporary architecture, the building has been hailed as a "signal moment in the architectural culture", because it represents "one of those rare moments when critics, academics, and the general public were all completely united about something." The museum was the building most frequently named as one of the most important works completed since 1980 in the 2010 World Architecture Survey among architecture experts.
Doña Casilda Iturrizar park is a public park located in the Basque-Spanish city of Bilbao, in the central neighbourhood of Indautxu. It is named after Casilda Iturrízar, who donated the terrains.
It was the only lung of the city until a few years ago. It is an English-style garden created more than 100 years ago, in which the main highlights are the perfectly preserved examples of many centenary tree species.

We stayed in this divine new apartment which had wonderful views over the city. Two friends from England joined us for four days. Every need was catered for in this very comfortable apartment. We had a fabulous time and chilled out every evening listening to music late into the night after spending time in the old city. The apartment is perfectly placed for easy access to the trams, and only a short walk to the Guggenheim and the airport bus stops.

My family of four stayed at this apartment for a week in mid april. The apartment is even better than it looks in the pictures. It is right in the center of town close to transportation connections and within easy walking distance to the Gugenheim . From the moment we arrived,and met the owners it was a completely positive experience. The apartment is immaculate and very modern. There's a blue ray player so you might want to bring some movies to watch on the huge flat screen TV . This experience has changed the way our family will vacation from now on. Having space to spread out and chill was perfect! If you go. Check out San Sebastián it is the most beautiful beach in Spain ! Thanks to Emy and to the owners of this beautiful apartment we had a world class vacation!

I just stayed here with 3 friends and can't recommend it highly enough.
The apartment was very clean and well furnished with lots of space for 4 people. In terms of facilities the kitchen was fitted out with a modern oven (with induction hob), fridge-freezer and microwave along with everything else one would need to make up meals. A good washing machine and dryer were located in an adjoining utility room.
Bedrooms and bathrooms were modern, comfortable and well laid out. The main living room consisted of a dining area, a very comfortable coach and a brilliant TV. The TV was a top of the range Samsung Smart TV, with fantastic picture quality...we used it quite a bit after nights out in the old town!
The location was ideal, situated next door to the Melia hotel, with a big shopping centre out front and a large park out the back. The Guggenheim was located a few minutes walk away and we walked to both the old and new town with no hassle at all. We were attending a conference in the BEC and this was easily reached with a ~10 min walk and 12 min metro ride.
Finally, the service we received was exemplary. We were shown around the apartment and given all the information needed for our stay. We dealt with Estibaliz who was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We have been the first guest for this brand new apartment.
From the very start Emy was extremely helpful and prompt in answering my many questions.
The apartment was fantastic, with extra linen, kitchen items and general household items available for our use. The location couldn't be better, we were about a 5min walk from The Guggenheim Museum. For the most part we walked everywhere from the Casilda Park that is right next to the apartment.
There is a shopping centre right in front of the apartment where you have all kind of shops and restaurants.
The apartment had a wifi, a washing machine and dryer though, a hair dryer & dishwasher. There was a tv and music system but we didn't have any time to use those.
The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean.
We were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend the apartment.
