This is a very welcoming apartment which will make you feel instantly right at home. It has two double bedrooms and an attractive living-room with plenty of light. The rooms are large and have been tastefully decorated using a combination of traditional style and modern touches, creating a perfect blend between the two.

The living-room also has plenty of natural light, and it is connected to the kitchen via a window that opens directly onto the dining table, so it's frankly, very practical.

The kitchen is very practical and has a microwave, ceramic hobs, oven, fridge, etc. It is truly very well equipped.

It is located in Abando, a central neighbourhood in Bilbao, on whose streets you'll find the majority of the stores, offices and shopping centres. In the area between the Gran Via and the Moyua square you'll find the best and most exclusive stores in Bilbao, the "milla de oro" or golden mile.

The Abando neighbourhood's traditional centre is Jardines de Albia, the Albia Gardens, where the main square right in front of Abando's parish used to be before it was annexed to Bilbao. The central part of the neighbourhood has always been a residential area, containing the largest and most expensive real estate in the city.
