A true Signature central Oregon vacation rental townhouse design condo with great mountain, lake and meadow views. It is an end condo with extra privacy and quiet. Adults only, please! Free wi fi throughout. The tiger wood floors with travertine tile entry and bath set the stage for subtle elegance for a cabin look. Wrought iron stairs are accented with wrought iron shelving at the wood stove and the stove vent. This open and one-level floor plan of the vacation rental is inviting. Unit was very clean this year and we're returning again to our favorite location next year. Daily towel service is worth the increased cost.

This condo is one of a kind. It has the loveliest view of the meadow and mountains. From the upstairs bedroom you can sit and watch the birds and all the wildlife for hours. It is gorgeous. The condo is so well appointed and comfortable. It has everything you need for the best stay in Black Butte! We are so sad when we have to leave.

The condo was great - looking out the living room window in the morning and seeing all the Canadian geese was great. The venetian plastered walls were beautiful. I would love to go back and rent the condo again.

I liked Ch44 better. This one did not have a coffee filter the first morning and the microwave is in the stupidest location (we had to step on a chair to reach it) above the fridge in a cupboard! We also had our parking spot used by someone in the rec center who was having her personal board worked on. This house also didn't have a book explaining how things work, where the garbage is etc. A beautiful home that the lodge did not support very well. Nothing about the welcome center was welcoming.

Only area needing a bit of improvement is to have housekeeping vacuum the area rugs better to get all the extra hair, or leave a good vacuum behind for guests to use.

This place is Unbeliveable! You walk in & are just wowed! The beamed ceilings, the baths, the attention to detail, the furnishings & appliances, views, the design of the house itself, the comfort, warmth, very upscale, everything was top shelf! pretty darn perfect.
We travel extensively & have stayed in many Ritz Carltons, Four Seasons & five star accommodations and this is pretty near the top when it comes to comfort & luxury. We were so impressed that we squeezed another night into our schedule because we did not want to leave.. Altho this is not a hotel and this is a different kind of experience...the location at Black Butte Ranch is fabulous. The views are amazing all day long. The bed was heaven! the bath was amazing with not only a luxurious soaking tub but a huge shower with two shower heads and views from the bath. You are taking a shower & looking out at the majestic snow covered mountains and you look up at the snow covered pines thru the skylight over the shower! You have skiing right there & on many days you can ski in the morning & golf in the afternoon. Breathtaking scenery. The kitchen is state of the art with a a refrig. that talks to you :) and we also enjoyed the built ins in liv room and stocked full of every kind of game you could imagine!! Flat screens in every room, the downstairs bath & bedroom was beautiful also. I think one of the best features is the state of the art energy efficient modern fireplace. It rocks! and adds so much to the ambience of this place. Cozy & modern at the same time. Our friends that joined us ; one an architect & the other a designer were mightily impressed also. (they are hard very meticulous). They wanted to live there! We will be back as soon as we can! -

in the midst of an ambitious month-long golf trip through oregon, we stayed for a week at black butte ranch. i was worn out and needed a nice quiet, but beautiful place to regroup. this was the perfect spot to stop. close to the lodge, right on the lake, quiet (except for the geese) and peaceful, beautifully appointed and equipped, we loved our country house #45. thank you for rebuilding.

We love everything about Black Butte except the price. Country House 45 was
perfect; great location, great view and tastefully decorated - unlike so many of
the condos and houses. We'd go back on a regular basis if it were more
affordable.

For this visit, our Country House condo was newly remodeled and that made a big difference from previo CH45 was a pleasure to stay in with all the amenities. We enjoyed the improvements at Glaze Meadow pool area. Like the quiet as all adults near the Lodge area from the noise in the past when that was the center of children's activities.

We stay at Black Butte ever January. We try to try a new place each time. I think we finally found the place we will request every time. The decor. The rooms. The views from all levels. They are simply perfect. Evertyhing is update from all the flat screen TV's to the lareg bath tub, to the nook right off the master bedroom upstairs. Simply perfect. See you in 2010.
