This central Oregon vacation rental home is great for a multi-family gathering. Golfers will love the panoramic view from the living room and massive deck. You can actually watch golfers tee off and putt from the large tiered deck of this vacation rental at Black Butte Ranch. We couldn't have asked for a better White Christmas. After a long drive over the Mts. (a tree had fallen across the hwy.) we finally arrived and couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations. We quickly got into the Christmas spirit by all gathering together in the very comfortable living room and watching the snow continue to fall out the large bank of windows. The kitchen (which was very well equipped except for mixing bowls) is located just off the living area and so the cook was always a part of the festivities.
The house throughout is very nice with lovely views from the living room and one of the upstair bedrooms which are spacious. The kids were comfortable in the two downstairs, but much smaller bdrms.
There was 2 ft. of snow on the ground so we watched a lot of x-cty skiers on the golf course. There is a large deck off the livrm with gates to keep dogs and small children contained (when there isn't 2 ft of snow).
Location was great - a very short walk to the Rec. center.
The reservations desk and housekeeping were very helpful by setting up the two high chairs and pack and plays that were needed.
We would definitely stay here again. We all agreed that this was one of the best and most relaxing Christmases we'd ever had - we even added an extra day to our stay! -

My family has been coming to BBR for 30+ years however it was our first time staying in this home. We were extremely pleased by this rental. The layout is great, the deck is perfect and the view is amazing. We would have loved more fans or aC since we were there during 95-100 degree heat but other than that, it was just perfect!

This was a very comfortable house for our group of 2 couples and 3 singles. We noticed that few of the rental accommodations in Black Butte Ranch have single beds that are not bunk beds. Our group were people in their 60s and 70s, so bunk beds are not the greatest. The location was wonderful for us, as the rest of the family were staying in a house nearby. It was nice to be so close to the swimming pool as well. The only thing we found a bit cumbersome was the dining table, which was a bit cramped, especially when the other group joined us for a meal.There was a cable Internet connection in one of the upstairs bedrooms. It would have been nicer with WiFi, of course, so the house could be improved in this manner as well.

This was probably the most relaxed family vacation we've ever taken. Everything was convenient and easy to do and use. The prices were reasonable and activities family friendly. We are thinking of making it a yearly gathering for our family.

The home was great. It was peaceful and had everything we needed. We had some serious problems with the Black Butte gate system and the signage was horrible.

If we could visit Black Butte every year we would. It fits the vacation needs of our family and this home is perfect for us. We love the location in the ranch and is very comfortable. It has a beautiful view and is close to pool and other amenities. We are a golf family so of course it is a wonderful place to spend quality family time. We look forward to many more vacations at Black Butte Ranch.

Glaze Meadow 227 is fantastic! The kitchen is well-equipped, with a lovely new flat-top stove. The view is phenomonal. The deck has room for a huge group of people, and is well-furnished. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are roomy, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this home!
