Beautiful one bedroom cottage in the Village of Cheshire in Black Mountain. Entry into the house includes approximately 15 steps to the deck. Easy walk to the Cheshire town center only about 75 feet away or across the street to the fitness club. Less than 5 minutes from the shops and restaurants of downtown Black Mountain with easy access to I-40. Garage not available for renter use. LINENS INCLUDED.

My husband and I took a long weekend to celebrate our 5th anniversary and Casa Monte provided the perfect escape. The home was beautiful and very comfortable with a pretty modern feel. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed to cook a couple of meals and there was a beautiful view of the mountains. We were there in the fall, just before peak viewing of the leaves and the little deck was a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the view with a glass of wine. The check in and check out were really easy and Black Mountain is a wonderful little town. I would recommend Casa Monte to a friend and I will likely visit again myself.

Husband and I stayed at Casa Monte for 3 nights on Columbus day weekend to celebrate our 30th anniversary in the asheville area. Casa Monte was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I think Casa Monte is as nice as they come and the same for Greybeard Rentals. Can't wait to go back. Because of its size, probably best suited for a couple.

Our stay at Casa Monte was great. The booking through Greybeard is easy including accessing the keys after hours. The house was clean and comfortable and as usual there was a wonderful loaf of bread waiting for our arrival. This is a great touch especially for those who arrive late at night with nothing for breakfast. Our only complaint was that the driveway was a bit steep and awkward to maneuver.

What a great week we spent at Casa Monte,in the Village of Chesire. It was such a nice little village, great place to walk around and enjoy the views. The folks at Greybeard Realty were fantastic and so friendly. This was our 25th year anniversary and we couldn't of spent it a nicer place. Thank you for sharing this home.

the service was very good,when we went to check out the lady in the office was very helpful about giving us directons to the closes wells fargo bank. The house was furnished very nicely, could have a few more mirrors, and TV in the bedroom.

What a treat. Casa Monte was the perfect size cottage for me and my husband. The views are wonderful, the area is very quiet and peaceful - I love that you can walk down to the Blackbird Cafe and Morning Glory (2 great restaurants). The decor was relaxing and comfortable beautifully done. The staff at Greybeard Realty are so helpful and nice. They answered all of my questions and provided top notch customer service. I would always recommend them when looking for rentals in this area. Black Mountain is a wonderful town, great restaurants and shops and so convenient to asheville and other attractions. We had a wonderful time - perfect weather and it was so nice to leave for the day and come home to such a great place - Casa Monte. We will go back again (soon I hope).

This vacation home was just the right size for our weekend trip. It has all the necessities and is in a great location for us. We enjoyed walking to the local restaurants and a jog up the nearby mountain.

Our experience at Casa Monte was great. It is a beautiful, comfortable cottage close to great restaurants and downtown Black Mountain. The photo on the website doesn't give the view justice; you can see the whole mountain. We will definitely stay in this area again next year!
