excellent accommodation, one of the best we have ever stayed in. Lovely location, with plenty enjoyable walks locally, and further afield. The owners of coach house were very friendly and helpful and living next door, were on hand if we needed anything (which we never did). The one negative was the fact the accommodation was at the top of a very steep hill, and although we new before hand about that fact we were not quite prepared for the severity of the hill, and had to use our car more than we would have normally'
Scotland just a fantastic place to stay very friendly people wou

Sykes is a first class rental agency. Friendly, efficient staff who were very helpful in assisting us in our choice of holiday accommodation. Blairmount Coach House is a superb property - a real home from home. Clean, comfortable, warm, well equipped and spacious. It sits at the top of the hill in Blairgowrie with just a 5 minute walk down into the beautiful town centre with its abundance of local shops and the obligatory supermarket! The walk back up the hill can be challenging and take a little longer than 5 minutes, but the exercise does you good! The owners of this property are really friendly and welcoming and there if you need them. I have absolutely nothing to dislike about this property - it's just perfect!

On arrival the owners met us with a warm and friendly greeting and gave us a quick guide round the property pointing out where everthing could be found along with a chat about the area and its amenities which was thoughtfull of them.
The property itself was first class, spotless, spacious, warm and with everything you could need for your stay. The owners have taken great care to ensure this.
There is ample private parking and the surroundings are quiet.
Five minutes walk and you are in the centre of Blairgowrie which has plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants serving good food and ale. For walkers there are lots of walks straight from the house so no need for the car. Try the river walks, you can see salmon jumping.
The area abounds with history, with lots of castles and places of interest just a short drive away.
We loved the whole area, the friendly locals and the property just capped it all.
We had a wonderfull holiday and would highly recommend this property, its just nice to know that after a day out you are returning to such a pleasant house.
Excellent house in good location.

Home owners are really nice and helpful people. House in excellent condition. Town has a lot of restaraunts and take-aways. Tesko also in walking distance. Only one problem - roads. After snowfalls all roads were not in good condition and sometimes our average speed was 30-40 km/h...

Very welcoming owners who had ensured that the cottage was very well equiped and warm. The property had been recently converted so everything in the cottage was very clean and up to date. The location was good although a car was needed. Plenty of restaurants in the area - especially the Bistro.
