Aunt Martha's Cabin is Handicap Accessible. Just 10 miles north of Blairsville, in the North Georgia Mountains. Close to popular Vogel State Park, The Appalachian Trail and the world famous John C Campbell Folk School. Many waterfalls, lakes, rivers and streams for the nature enthusiast. 2 hours from Atlanta, Chattanooga, Asheville & Knoxville.The main floor has an open kitchen/dining and living room area w/ gas log fireplace. The cabin was very clean . They had every thing that you could ask in the cabin and out side was just as great .The only thing I had a with proplem is my stay was not long enough. will come back,a great place. I would highly recommend.

We had the best time ever. The cabin was beyond our expectations, the king size bed was so comfy I laid down on it right before we left. The property manager Anna was a pure delight and she made sure we had everything we needed. I look forward to staying with Enchanted Mountain Retreats again and again

i have never been so upset in my life with this company i felt i was misled on the location of skip rustic cabin i reserved i was told it was app 10 miles from blairsville not told it was up a mountain and i couldnt get vehicle up the drive so i knew the other vehicle had no chance of getting up to the cabin but after near breakdown and tears i was giving option to stay at aunt martha i was told it had internet which we needed because of jobs at home it didnt i needed 3 bedrms it had 2 but we loved the cabin and location, misled by management and really felt we should have been told skips was up a mountain not 10 miles on 19 and 129 s. from blairsville. we come every year and was looking place we could get year after year but not with this company very very upset with the lady although she probably didnt know either where skips was. the cleaning lady was very nice in helping us get to aunt marthas sorry but your office staff needs to know where the cabins are.

We are very sorry for your inconvenience, but I want to use this opportunity to clarify the situation. First of all you did not book your reservation on time, we talk many times for several weeks and you didn’t decide to make your reservation; 2 days prior to your “arrival” you call us to be sure about that reservation we didn’t have; you actually were lucky we have an opening for you. We explained thru many phone conversations and emails the settings of this mountain cabin located in the skirts of Vogel State Park, you saw the many pictures of the cabin inside, outside and the driveway; we have all the pictures posted in our website for everybody to check it out.You arrived to the property what actually is 10 miles from downtown Blairsville by Hwy 19/129, sorry but that is a odometer marks. There is no reason why we will mislead a guest because ones they arrive is no way they can’t encounter the reality. The grave driveways are perfectly fine and easy access with any regular vehicle, it looks to us you are not verse in driving in the mountain and we can understand it, but is not our fault, many guests drive up and down those driveways with no problem whatsoever.Unfortunately you were very upset but we did everything in our power to help you, we stayed on the phone with you all the way to the property, even with the directions you had in hand, then all the way to the other property, what is in the opposite side of town until you got to the replacement cabin, we offer you several alternative properties in the area and you were the one who choose the cabin; we also sent you personal help to make you feel comfortable.We call these “high quality customer care” hope next time you let us know with more detail your needs and desires.
