Opium is situated on a dead end of a quiet urbanisation. The distance to the beach is 5000 meters. Opium is situated on street level. The entrance is on the first floor. Costa Brava, with it's length of about 100 km, runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. This makes the Costa Brava a very popular holiday destination for tourist who travel by car. In the South of the Costa Brava you will find the La Selva district, between the town of Blanes and Tossa de Mar. All Club Villamar villas are situated in this district. The Romans too knew that your days are best spend at the 'Rough Coast'. In the several fisherman villages you will find remains of this period, with the burrow of Tossa de Mar as a jewel on the crown. The kindness of the climate ( in winter the temperatures rarely drops below zero degrees and well is well above 30 degres in the summer), make it possible to enjoy this extraordinarily beautiful rugged coastline and the several sandy beaches year round. Together with the hearthwarming character of the local populace, the rich historical past, the lovely green hills and the varied exquisite kitchen makes the Costa Brava a holiday region which has a lot going for itself. Eine sehr schöne und moderne Villa mit einem ausblick der einem die Sprache verschlägt, vorallem Nachts. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig super zum Entspannen.
Sehr empfehlenswert und hab aufjedenfall vor nochmal dahin zu fahren. -

Je déconseille plus que fortement de passer par cette organisme.
En effet cette société fait de la rétention de caution sans apporter la moindre preuve de ce que vous annoncez dans votre mail.
En effet, vous dites que le rideau du salon ainsi que le volet de la salle à manger ont été endommagés. Or, sur les photos que vous nous avez adressées rien n'atteste de tels dommages. Un volet non remonté ainsi qu'un rideau non centré ne constituent pas une preuve d'un quelconque dommage. Ainsi, vous ne nous fournissez aucun élément probant démontrant que le rideau et le volet soient abimés.
En outre, l'article 5 des conditions générales pour le locataire précise que « la caution sera remboursée sur votre compte dans les 10 jours après votre départ ». Ces 10 jours doivent vous laisser le temps de constater d'éventuels dommages, d'apporter des éléments tangibles et de prendre contact avec nous. Or, durant les 10 jours rien n'a été fait. Le premier contact avec vous date du 28 août 2012, et c'est nous qui l'avons initié afin d'obtenir le remboursement de notre caution, soit bien au-delà des 10 jours. Vous êtes resté silencieux à notre mail durant quelques jours. Ces 10 jours étant passés et sans démarche de votre part, vous ne pouvez conserver la caution.
comme l'atteste votre site Internet (pièce jointe). En effet, les semaines 33, 34 et 35 étaient réservées. Aussi, les prétendus dommages ont pu être causés par les locataires des semaines suivantes. Or, vous ne nous avez envoyé aucun état des lieux des semaines 33 et 34 attestant de l'existence de ces dommages. A cette date véritable élément de preuve n'a été apporté.
