This brick and timber barn conversion is just under a mile from the village of Little Glemham, near Saxmundham, and can sleep five people in two bedrooms.The Hayloft Cottage is a brick and timber barn conversion, set just under a mile from the village of Little Glemham, near Saxmundham, and can sleep five people. The cottage has a ground floor twin bedroom (zip/link, can be king-size double on request) with an en-suite shower room, a ground floor family room with three single beds (2 x zip/link, can be king-size double and 1 single on request) with an en-suite bathroom, a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a shared utility room. Outside there is ample off road parking, a shared lawned garden with patio, pond, furniture and a barbecue (available on request) and a games room. The Hayloft Cottage is a wonderful holiday base.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer in shared utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Shared lawned garden with patio, pond, furniture and BBQ (available on request). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 20 mins walk. Note: Large unfenced pond in shared garden, children and pets to be supervised. Note: WiFi can be slow.
Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways - East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.
Town: The charming Suffolk village of Little Glenham offers a pub that serves excellent meals, walks, cycle routes, as well as Glemham Hall, an historic house and gardens, which hosts regular events throughout the year. The quaint town of Wickham Market is within easy reach and here you will find shops, pubs, tea rooms and a weekly market, plus the historic town of Woodbridge is within driving distance.

“Lovely property in really nice setting”

Short driving distance to several well known Suffolk landmarks, and the farm shop nearby is excellent. In fact we bought several pounds of sausages to bring home with us, they are so good.
