The condo location was exactly as we expected and being able to walk to Main Street was such a treat, even as the town became crowded toward the weekend, we were able to quickly and easily escape...also nice to not have to deal with the parking issue on Main Street.
Disadvantages were bringing our own sheets/towels being required, also just after checking in...after traveling for hours, we had to get back in the car and go purchase hand soap and a few other standard "necessities" that, if provided, would have made our arrival (and stay) much more inviting. Also, hauling our trash off-sight was not pleasant.

The main things about this condo that we did not like was that there was only a couch in the living room. There was no other seating and I have never seen that before in a condo rental. The other thing we did not like was that it advertised a fireplace, but yet it was not usable. There were no gas logs and in their place were candles placed inside the fireplace. This was definitely not a cozy fire. Read more
Thank you for taking the time to post a comment. We do describe the property as having "a plush couch with high-back and soft cushions" and the living room is photographed on the web site. The decor is up to the owner, and I have passed your request for additional seating on to them. I appreciate you bringing the fireplace to my attention, it has been removed as a property amenity. If you’re in the area again please give us another oppurtunity to help you find a home that may be better suited to your needs.

Love staying at Royal Oaks. This particular condo lacked in basic comforts. No drawers in the bedrooms, the living room only had a sofa for sitting and nothing else so a little hard for 4 ladies to sit and talk. Will try not to stay in this unit again but will pick a different one.
