We stayed in february 2013, nice and huge condo, the on-line pictures don't do it justice. Blue mountain beach is a beautiful place. Owner, as well as Southern Vacation Rentals staff, are top notch. Always available and quick to respond. My only complain is the condo face the west, so the balcony have almost no sun in the morning.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at the adagio #405D! Lovely home, we were able to fit two young families and our parents with room to spare. The condo provided everything we needed and more. Had a great time and plan to return!

The home was gorgeous, comfortable, clean, well-stocked. Blue Mountain Beach is quiet and beautiful, but only a few minutes drive to a variety of restaurants and stores. 405D offers great 180 degree views of the pool and surrounding treetops. Only takes 4-5 minutes to walk from the condo front door to the green-turquoise-blue water of the Gulf.

Beach Lovers
Auburn, ALFabulous condo, pristine beach, sparkling water--a great vacatio

The condo is spacious, well appointed, and clean. We liked the floorplan-the temperatures were mild enough that we left the balcony doors open frequently, extending the living area right out onto the huge balcony (we also napped on the comfy loungers and had lunch at the large table out there).
We were initially concerned that the condo was not "oceanfront"--this is the first time we've ever stayed in a condo that does not face the ocean. While we would have enjoyed seeing the large fish (cobia?) swimming and jumping from our balcony, we quickly realized that we didn't really miss facing the ocean. It is a very quick walk to the beach, which makes it easy to haul beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler. [One note--beach tents are not allowed; we thought this would be a problem because we traveled with a toddler, but we quickly remedied the situation with several umbrellas grouped together (these are allowed).] The pool area is absolutely amazing--I love the tropical landscaping. The pool water is extremely clean and clear and the grounds immaculate.
We liked the location. We walked to dinner at Marie's Bistro one night and to the ice cream shop a couple of nights. Other great restaurants (we liked Stinky's Fish Camp and Cafe 30-A) are within a short drive.
Though the condo is professionally managed, the owner is also more than willing to answer your questions. He was very helpful and accessible.
Our only complaint is for adagio: Though the property does have multiple gas grills, we struggled to find one that worked well. The knobs were missing on most, making it difficult to light and control the flame. We were able to light one with a match, though the flame was still difficult to control. This was likely the only functioning grill because guests from all over the property flocked to use this one grill.

Last minute booking. The owner was more then generous w/ the condo rental. It was the perfect birthday with our best friends. First time blue mountain area, def will go again.
