Finished in 2007, this home was meticulously planned to be one of the most completely and nicely furnished rental cabins in Beautiful Blue Ridge, Georgia. This cabin is loaded with upgrades and extras rarely seen in a vacation cabin. From the computer with high-speed internet access, the large stainless steel gas grill, and six-foot by six-foot, deluxe, therapy hot tub on the extended deck to the custom rustic beds with Tempur-pedicŽ mattresses and hand-made dining table and coffee table, chairs, and porch swing, this cabin is the place for a relaxing time away from the busy life. This cabin is filled with features you would expect to find in a custom log residence rather than a vacation home. Melt your cares away in the spacious five person, Artisan AntiguaŽ therapy hot tub ideally situated on a custom built uncovered porch extension, the tub offers wonderful views of sunrise, vast pasture, lovely mountainside, star-filled night sky, and in the winter - a beautiful sunset. The wood-burning fireplace accentuates the cozy and romantic environment. There is also a jetted tub with a picture window in the master bedroom.

If you love to cook, this cabin is for you. Try the stainless steel gas and charcoal grills or try your hand in the thoughtfully supplied and well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with such useful items as an electric griddle, stainless steel toaster, food processor, and CuisinartŽ stainless steel and Anolon non-stick cook sets.

For your entertainment, the vacation library has more than 100 titles from different genres. They include novels, romance, military history, contemporary self-help, religious, and inspirational books. There is a 32-inch flat screen satellite television along with a DVD player and VCR. You will also find a fully-finished recreation room and carpeted complete with a pool table and a foosball table. The cabin is furnished almost entirely with beautiful custom log and wood furniture and in the hand-made coffee table, you will find dozens of board games for your enjoyment.

Amenities include custom rustic king-size/queen-size beds with Tempur-pedicŽ mattresses, linens provided, outdoor therapy hot tub (seating five adults), wood fireplace, phone, air conditioning, satellite TV, VCR, stereo, CD player, DVD player, computer with high-speed internet, full kitchen, spice rack, CuisinartŽ stainless steel and Anolon non-stick cook sets, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric rice cooker, food processor, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils provided, gas grill, charcoal grill, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, jetted tub in master bath, porch swing, pool table, foosball table, and ten-plus games.

Activities in the area include the Blue Ridge region offering great hiking, fishing, gift shopping, horseback riding, white-water rafting, wildlife viewing, restaurants, and lots of peace and quiet.

  This lovely cabin proved to be an ideal,tranquil vacation setting. The scenery was beautiful and the decking and hot tub location allowed us to enjoy this wonderful, natural feature.
  
  The cabin was well equipped and comfortable, however, a few minor gripes surfaced. Firstly, the housekeeping wasn't of a high standard - the floors seemed un- vacuumed and the refrigerator hadn't been cleaned after the previous rental.. The stove could benefit from a fan extractor and the master bath really needs a new shower curtain. The towels were slightly musty and needed to be re-laundered. These are minor niggles as the good points of this cabin far outweigh the bad, however I mentioned them as they could so easily be
  rectified with more diligent housekeeping. A final gripe concerns the TV - we were only able to access aBC during our stay.
