This condo is located in the peaceful, quiet town of Blue River, just 5.5 miles south of Breckenridge. The condo is west facing and boasts million dollar views of Quandary Peak, one of Colorado's famous fourteeners! The trailhead for Mt Quandary can be seen from the living room window.
One parking space is provided (uncovered). Blue River Shuttle is available to transport you to the slopes of Breck ($4/trip).

If you are looking for a retreat on a budget, this place was great! The views out your front door are straight towards Quandary Peak and it's a short drive into Breck. We stayed over the weekend right after New Year's and I would definitely stay again. Fully stocked kitchen, Dvd's/Cable, bed was comfortable- my only qualm was that the heaters in the unit needing some TLC. Some really great touches done on the remodel as well. This place was a steal for the price!
