Rising from the tropical canopy, the clapboard facade of Providence House sits above the shores of Bluefields Bay. Named for Captain Bligh’s ship, you can feel the ocean breeze and hear the gentle lap of the waves throughout this waterfront villa in Jamaica.

This villa has a deep ocean-view pool with whirlpool jets – the perfect place to enjoy a tropical cocktail made at the nearby bar and savour a splendid sunset. Enjoy fresh, seasonal fare prepared by your private chef, and relax knowing your personal cares, such as laundry and housekeeping, are completely taken care of.

Providence House’s main living room and dining room are situated one floor above the pool level, for fantastic sea views. Among our “greenest” villas in Jamaica, Providence House is cooled by twirling ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and has a solar hot-water heating system. The tropical colonial decor is charming, from the candy-colored pastel walls to romantic net curtains on the carved canopy beds.

Providence House contains two spacious master suites with sensational sea views that beautifully frame the sunsets over Bluefields Bay. The two master bedrooms are identical in size, have en-suite bathrooms with stone tile and counters, dressing areas and each has a king-sized bed. The third bedroom is also furnished with a king-size bed. For larger groups, Providence House can be rented with the neighboring Milestone Cottage.

Take out a sea kayak, snorkel or play a match on the nearby tennis court, Providence House provides lots of opportunities to take full advantage of the Jamaican sun. As a fully-staffed villa, Providence House must be rented with the All-Inclusive service package detailed below, and is already included in our published nightly villa rates. Ask your Villa Specialist about special rates available for groups including children.
