Wild Hill Guest Cottage in on 5 acres and is a Modern West Coast designed home.
Our ground has some fragile Garry Oak Meadows and Coast Bluff Ecosystems which are some of the most unique and endangered habitats found in Canada.
The cottage has ocean views from the great room and deck, it takes about 10 mins to walk along the trail to get to Weir’s beach.
The Great Room has a 12 ft Bi-Fold door that opens up on to a large cedar deck that maximizes outdoor living and the spectacular sea view.

Left on 09/02/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We really enjoyed the cottage and had a perfectly delightful time. However, I would caution future renters that this property is in Metchosin, about 19 km from Sooke. While Sooke is on a direct route from Victoria and has grocery stores and restaurants, Metchosin has one restaurant and one convenience store. We felt a little bit duped by the address and it was more out of the way than we expected.
Beyond that, the house had everything we could have hoped for and we had a very nice stay.Response from Kirk Ward - 09/28/2012
