There is a cleaning surcharge of US$160 on all bookings.

The final balance plus a security deposit of US$250 (weekly) or US$500 (monthly) is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. The security deposit is refunded within 2-weeks for your departure date from the villa.

Very comfortable and well equipped and appointed vacation home. Very well managed and in a good location - a little bit too residential, as opposed to in a vacation setting, but this didn't affect the overall pleasure of the home. The shops were near, as was the beach, tennis facilities and golf. The owners were extremely helpful, and one felt a welcome guest. We would definitely recommend and are coming back for more.

The house is great and anthony who owns it and Chris who is in charge of the technical support (if needed) were great. Our flight had a massive delay due to technical problems and we arrived in the middle of the night only to find anthony waiting for us smiling and whenever we needed Chris the experience was the same. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would like to come back. Thanks again to anthony and Chris for all their kind support from first contact to checkout.

This is our second stay at Dolphin Retreat and I have to say once again the customer service we received is second to none! Christian and anthony provide you with the utmost customer service to ensure that your stay is perfect.
The home is very well appointed with a lot of extra touches that make you feel welcome. They are constantly making sure everything is up to date and in perfect working order.
If you are staying in the Boca Raton area then I would definitely recommend this rental - there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, as well Delray Beach is very close.
I honestly can't say enough great things about Dolphin Retreat! One of the best places we have ever stayed! Love love love it here! -

Our family of 4 (3 adults 1 child) stayed at Dolphin Retreat for 2 wonderful and relaxing weeks. The layout and surroundings inside and out made for easy living South Florida style. Many hours were spent in the pool and under the covered veranda. This home is perfect for families or friends.
The manager, Christian, was polite and professional. The owner, Anthony, was as well and made it super easy to rent with confidence. -

It's absolutely beautiful!! The pool was amazing the Jacuzzi so comfortable and the amenities so satisfying. This home is in a great location not to close and not too far from anywhere. We had the chance to spent 10 great & relaxing days at anthony's villa. Based on the photos from the internet, our expecations were high, but in reality the place was even better.
The huge living room with the fully equipped open plan kitchen are in excellent shape and furnished in a very modern way, the 3 bedrooms nicely decorated and maintained. We felt like at home.
The garden with the seating lounge and the adjacent pool were very much used by both us adults and the kiz.
A very nice neighborhood with shops, restaurants and the beach in easy reach, MIa international airport is around 40 minutes away.
A big thank you to anthony and Christian for their kind hospitality and local assistance. -

We stayed at the Dolphin Retreat for a week in May this year (2011) and loved it! The attention to detail is awesome, everything you could need or want is available for you to have an excellent vacation. The location for us was great, it was a very safe area, close to the ocean, shopping and restaurants. We hope to stay here again next year if possible. The house is beautiful, inside and out, we spent many hours relaxing poolside. Anthony and Christian did everything possible to ensure our week was superb, thank you!

We have been staying in this fantastic house 1st week of May this year and we enjoyed every single minute of it. Upon arrival we got personally welcomed, got explained all details about the house, location and happenings around. The house has a great and safe location, is very modern, very clean and set up with great details in order to enjoy: Flowers at welcome, Super TV and music system ( i pod station, outside speakers), Pool with heated Jacuzzi, super Barbecue grill, complete modern equipped kitchen, great tools and toys for beach and the beds!! Soft, very comfortable, high quality linenware. The owner and his team does a fantastic job and we will definetely come back again. Can just recommand it to anyone with or without family. We stayed at the villa in December and can confirm that what you see in the pictures is what you get.
We were met at the villa by the excellent Manager and shown the facilities and the equipment for our use. Absolutely everything anybody would ever need. The kit-out is that of a house that is loved and kept very well maintained. the heating for the pool was new and absolutely top notch..warmer in than out!

We saw this place online and thought it looked nice but the reality far exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and outfitted with top of the line appliances and many extras. The only 2 criticisms I have is that the air conditioning was too cold for us and if we had access to the thermostat, we could have saved the owner some money by turning it up; also the outdoor lights on timer could have been switched off much earlier. Other than that, we loved the place and the area and would absolutely recommend it to friends and hopefully return there ourselves.

I rented the Dolphin retreat house in November 2009, with my mother, sister and my 2 kids. Everything was perfect, the entire house is exceptionnal, the decoration, the pool, the equipements, such as kitchen appliances, towels, linen etc., everything was great. We had an amazing vacation. The house is greatly located. Finally I have to thank Anthony and Pierre, they were so patient with me with all my questions, they were so kind and attentive. Thank you sooooo much !
I would recommand this rental to anyone ! -

My Family and I stayed at this wonderful villa during our Spring Break. Our entire experience from start to finish was in a word..Fabulous..booking was easy and there were no concerns, everything was straight forward. It was truly like our home away from home. Arrival at the home also went smoothly and everything was taken care of, we didn't want for anything and would stay here again without a doubt.
We fell in love with the area and look forward to returning again later this year. The home was clean, spacious and well maintained and have nothing but positive things to say. Being a first time renter in Florida, I have to say after hearing some nightmare stories we were a little nervous but the owner quickly put my mind at ease and I felt very comfortable and there was truly nothing to worry about, everything was perfect!!!

We recently stayed at dolphin retreat and were delighted with the interior and
exterior of the property. Everything was new and practically furnished. The
owners kindly thought of everything including beach bags with towels already
packed. Chairs were also provided to take to the beach and cool bags etc.We
were a bit unfortunate with weather as it rained quite a bit so we did'nt get to
use the pool {not heated} The location was fine once we found our way around
it took a few days. Over all it is a lovely house and I think anyone would be

We made a last minute decision to stay at the Dolphin Retreat instead of booking hotel accommodation. It was definitely the right decision. The villa was furnished in a very modern and contemporary way, exactly the way we would do it ourselves. And the attention to detail is incredible. Everything you could ask for is there + more! Our vacation at the Dolphin Retreat was more then we expected. Beautiful home, well decorated. Modern kitchen, full equipped; nice bedrooms and dining room and large and comfortable living room. The patio and swimming pool just overlooking the canal are ideal for a relaxing moment. We were just a short drive from Delray Beach, the shopping malls and had a large choice of restaurants in the area. Overall, it was really a "Five Star" experience.
