In a quieter, newer part of Bocas Town, in the new Terrazas building very comfortable two bed room one bath condo with beautiful sea view with backdrop of hill on the mainland. From the big balcony enjoy cool Caribbean breezes and spectacular sunsets over the water.

Located in newer quieter part of the Town of Bocas del Toro on Isla Colon. Bocas is a small town. From condos to anywhere else in Town is a four minute, 60 cent ride. Most take a bicycle or just walk.
A grocery store is within 60 yards, arguably the best International Restaurant is about 100 yards and possibly the best local style restaurant a three minute walk away. Short walks away are the Smithsonian Institution Research Center and the Botanical gardens
Covered parking is available and there is a boat dock about 100 yards.

Upon arrival at Bocas airport we were greeted by Rosy and felt like we met an old friend right away. The apartment was nice and clean and the location can't be beat: ocean view on both sides, easy access to town, and yet, serenity and quietness of countryside. Rosy provided outstanding service arranging day trips and tours for us. We basically didn't have to worry about anything. Every evening she would present a plan and detailed instructions for next day's activities. From cruising around islands to snorkeling and ziplining - amount of fun is entirely up to you. We definitely recommend Oreba Chocolate tour, wich was fun and educational. And of course, the food is worth mentioning. We tasted the best fish and seafood ever on the island! We had amazing time in Bocas!
The condo was cleaned everyday spotlessly; even the dishes we left from breakfast were washed and put away. Just minor advice for the apartment: the shower curtains in the bathroom need to be changed and Rosy, maybe throw a few pictures on the walls to make place feel a little homier.
We did not get to meet Mohamed this time, but hoping to see him next time we are there, because we are absolutely coming back!

Ha sido un viaje estupendo, la ciudad e islas, fascinantes ...nos ha encantado, y gracias a las recomendaciones de Rosi , hemos podido en cuatro días ver otras islas y disfrutar de bonitos lugares y restaurantes.
la habitación es muy amplia y con unas vistas maravillosas, perfecto...
Ha sido realmente un viaje inolvidable, del que hemos podido disfrutar cada minuto .

My wife and I had a great week in one of Muhammeds condo's, situated a lttle way out of town. However, a taxi to town is 60 cents per person or you can walk most of the way along the beach, so no problem.
Muhammed is a great host and has a number of condo's in two adjacent blocks that he runs. Note though that you are very much amongst the locals here, rather than with a load of tourists. It is not an issue though, as everyone in Bocas, old and young, tourists and locals, all rub along just fine - it really is an incredibly laid back place, which we fell in love with.
The condos are very well priced compared to other options, so if you do n't mind being a little out of town, and enjoy tranquiliy, Muhammeds condos are a really good option -

I was met at the airport by Muhammed who I contacted about renting this condo.He was very informative about Bocas, taxis, places to eat and activities.When we arrived at the condo I felt a sense of home away from home without all the daily routine of chores and having to go to work.It was what a vacation should be. The tranqulity of Bocas and quite pristine.
The condo was clean, very comfortable and Muhammed and the staff did everything to make this a pleasant stay.This location was so relaxing where you can enjoy the sunset of the sea and the waves of the ocean.On my return I would certainly be booking this location and will certainly recomend to my family and friends who are planning to visit Bocas. Thank you Muhammed for your hospitality and your attentivness. -

We arrived early in the morning and our host, Muhammed Parvez greeted us warmly. There was coffee and breakfast staples awaiting us in the unit. The unit was meticulously clean and there was maid service every 3 days. Our unit was on the 3rd floor and offered a stunning view of Saigon Bay from the oversized balconey. The unit had everything we needed to cook and feel like we were at home. Our host, Mr. Parvez was a resource, helping us with all our questions and needs. The location was convenient to food markets and getting cabs. My family: wife and two daughters, was sad to leave and look forward to return
