Sit on the front deck and enjoy a beautiful Bodega Bay Sunset or hang out and BBQ on the back deck while the kids play in the hot tub. Sea Breeze is a great family house, very comfortable, open and light with nice ocean and golf course views, and a short walk to Doran beach. Features 1 king bed, 2 queens, fireplace, hot tub, color tv, dvd/vcr, charcoal BBQ,and a fully equipped kitchen.

Furniture was diry and torn on cusion sides. Lighting was awful. Only one lamp in living room with 25 watt bulb. One lamp in bedrooms, 25 watt bulb, could not read!Dishwasher did not get dishes clean. We had to "hand" wash dishes and pots. Everything was very old and worn.VCR "stopped" intermintenly while we watched movies. TV is old and picture is dark. We will not stay at this propery again.Blinds all broken. A lot of $$$ for substandard condition. Great mgt staff!

The property was as described by rental agents..... A bit outdated but in good shape. The kitchen cabinets need a little cleaning inside and since the stove is electric it is a bit hard to clean if don't know how to take it apart. The beds are all comfortable and there was plenty of cooking and eating utensils although everything is outdated.The carpet is white and had spots when we arrived but nothing substantial. There is a nice walk to the beach. Overall our stay at Sea Breeze was resort, this place is great for the price

As always your staff was excellent. Our experience with this house was not positive. It is large and roomy and the view is okay. However, it needs lots and lots of TLC. Things were shabby, such as the carpet and bed coverings in the masterbedroom. The cupboards were far from clean. The dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen floor. The freezer leaked into the refrigerator and froze food. All in all, I would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. We have had serveral other houses which were far superior to this one. It did serve our purpose of being two doors from our daugher's house and 10 away from other visitors. It is also nice and close to the club house. Thanks again for all of your assistance. We will continue to rent from your company without hesitation.

Breaker was not functioning and would not stay set, no power in either bathroom plug ins. Notified prop. mgmt. They sent someone out to check out situation, but we still had to go to other rooms to use power for the three days we were there.

The home is run down and not the cleanest, cobwebs. Ants in kitchen. Blinds need replacing. Plumbing needs work. Views not great. Love Bodega Bay and will continue to go to the coast every year.

Maintenance on this house needs to take place soon. Hot water faucet in master bathroom will not turn off properly. Dish washer needs servicing - even with the dishes being rinsed - they do not come out clean. Directions on the use of the TV and tape player would be helpful.

Mixed reaction; location and amenities of this property were very good. The sonar bouey at the Bay beeping all night ruined sleep for everyone and does not really reflect on this property. Blinds need replacing.

We really like the Mgnmt company as they have been so accommodating; but at this Oct stay, we realize they need to sharpen their rental check-sheets on the home. One agent told us they inspect once a month -- and don't even turn on the lights. The house needed deep cleaning, light bulbs replaced outside, a table-light in the front bedroom replaced (which they did at our request) and window blinds washed in the kitchen - just to name a few. One of us is a leasing agent and provided a list of what we believe should be done when we checked out. The mgmnt company was not even aware that the front door had peeling wood & needed paint. We love Sea Breeze and hope Bodega Escapes will make regular checks on the property after every guest depart so the house will remain clean, and items repaired. After all, the owner is off-site and is relying on Bodega Escapes to truly "managage the care" of the property.

Six women, ages 57 to 85 stayed at Sea Breeze. It was quiet, a great location, and plenty of room for all. I have been coming to Bodega Bay for over 20 years and have never been disappointed in the homes we have rented.

carpets were dirty-towels needed rewashing. This was probably a housekeeping issue. We didn't care for the layout of the house because every room was off the livingroom so there was not much privacy going into the main bathroom or the bedrooms. I will try a different house next time

I would probably recommend this property to a friend because of the price, but I would let them know that the blinds and curtians do not work properly and there were ants in the bathroom and kitchen so I assume they were in the bedrooms also, but since the carpet is speckled you couldn't see them. The carpet had lots of stains and there were also cobwebs throughout the house and spiders. The bar-b-q was worthless. They really need to get a gas bar-b-q or a weber. The fireplace only had one huge log and nothing else to help get it started and since it was cold and rainy the whole time we were there we wanted to have a fire, but there was no wood to speak of to have a fire. We had to walk the neighbor to find wood. Also, to our suprise there was no TV in the master bedroom, but there was one in the middle room. The master bedroom should always have a TV in it. Every house we have stayed at before always had a TV in the master bedroom and the houses usually always have firewood and curtians and blinds that work properly.

I arrived in Bodega Bay for Christmas with my family. I was so moved by the Natural Beauty of BB that I ended up renting for another 3 mos. Thank You Pamela, for an unscheduled stay I will always look back on.

1. The Kitchen cabinets and everything inside them needed to be cleaned. new pots and pans are a must at this house.
2. The phone wasn't working. Incoming calls would ring once then disconnect.
3. The dining room arm chairs would pull right off when trying to pull chair into table sit.
4. No screens on the windows were a safety hazard, especially in the dining room.
5. Paint was peeling under the dining room bay window.
6. TV was a bit small for today's standards.
Already left a list of these items and more with the property management company. -

to be replaced. Dishwasher does not work so kitchen is not "Fully equiped" as advertised. Could use more kitchen tools (rolling pin, sharp knives). Not able to fill tub in main bath due to broken hardware. Can't watch TV or movies in living room until sundown due to inoperable or no window coverings. I will remember never to stay at SeaBreeze again!
