You enter the home into a large entry room. To your right is the Master Bedroom with Queen size bed and Master Bathroom with shower. Back to entry, go straight ahead, past sliding doors going out to deck overlooking the 10th Tee of the Golf Links. To your left, going up two steps, is the Living Room with wood stove, TV, DVDF player, and views of open water, Doran Beach, the Bay, the Jetties and Bodega Head. We have stayed many times in Bodega Bay and are very choosey about where we stay. I will say without qualification that this is one of the nicest homes available. It is a great design, very open, spacious,expansive, and lots of storage. It also has great views and is a very short walk to the beach. Best of all, however, is it is very well stocked with whatever you need. The description does not do it justice because it does not mention the home has a Weber barbeque, a microwave oven, and garage parking. The kitchen has ample supplies and equipment to cook dinner, which we did every night. The dinning room table will easily sit eight people. We also appreciate the nightlights. The home was very clean and is tastefully furnished. I will not hesitate to recommend this house and we will definitely be back.

We stayed for 4 days of relaxation. The house was well stocked with anything we needed. The views from the house were amazing. It was only a short walk to the beach.Zwe have stayed at alot of the houses at Bodega Harbour and this was one of the best. We will definitly stay here again.

The house was clean, well-stocked and suited our group well. The only undesireable part and it was not specific to this property is that the spa maintenance person added chlorine the first day we were there. We found it too strong to use the spa - the chlorine fumes were overwhelming. Please try to do this between guest visits or even one day before and leave the spa lid partly open to release the fumes.

We had a great 7 day stay at the "Beach Break" house in Bodega Bay. The kitchen was well equipped and the house had plenty of linens and towels. The view was amazing and the short walk to the beach was perfect for us. We'll return!

The service was efficient and professional. The home had some outstanding qualities and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed the location and took advantage of walking to the beach and around the area. The home was clean and inviting, and it had a kitchen that was well stocked. We would definitely request the home again.

Loved layout of house and location. Only problem, neither toilet worked and we had to call Bodega Bay and Beyond for maintenance help and maintenance staff did not repair one of toilets, it continue to run.

We loved this house because of it's location
and ocean view. There is an easy access to Doran
Beach by the clubhouse.
The house is nice and open but the bedrooms
and bathrooms are small. There also should be a
tv in the master bedroom since there was one
in the guest bedroom. -

This house has great views of the ocean and golf course. The layout of the house is very convenient and feels open and airy. The beds are very comfortable, too!

Lovely home and we appreciated being able to bring our dog but there were alot of scented candles, and the furniture was a bit dirty/tired. There were minerals in the water that were so bad, that all the dishes and silverware, pots et al was coated with a white film - incredibly unappetizing! I couldn't use their dishes. That was a huge turn off. Aside from that, the views are to die for, the layout is incredible, the hot tub is fabulous, the architecture is extraordinary.

First time to rent a home for vacation. Five adults, two house dogs, great location. Golf course was great to play. Dinner at club house was the best. Nice frienndly dog neighborhood and beach. Bathroom showers on the small side but we managed. Liked being able to walk to beach.

My husband, our dog, and I spent a relaxing wekk at Beach Break. We were joined for several days by some friends. It is a lovely home and very comfortable. The views are amazing. We took several day trips using Beach Break as our base, but also took advantage of the home and area for some nice walks and an enjoyable lunch at Bluewater Bistro.

Very nice property and fit our needs well for the family gathering.
Many of the kitchen pans, silverware and dishes were dirty. Perhaps a bit more supervision would help. -

Beach Break is a wonderful house. It is well stocked with everything in the kitchen, bay views, and comfortable furniture. We couldn't get the wireless to work but everything else was great. We are likely to return.

We arrived on a very windy Friday but immediately had to go outside on the deck. Although it was very windy we began
shedding layers of clothing because the deck really protects
you from the wind.
We love the nice new barbecue and enjoyed local fish both
nights. The ocean view from 180 degrees was perfect for
enjoying our happy hours.

We had a wonderful time staying at Beach Break. We have been coming to Bodega Bay for many years, staying at various homes. I would have to say that Beach Break is one of our favorites! Very comfortable, clean home with spectacular views! We will be back next year!

Four long time girlfriends stayed for an extended weekend at this house. Very comfortable home, well stocked and spacious. We enjoyed the great view and just being able to relax. Nice area for the dog acoss the court. Bodega Bay staff always accomodating and easy to work with, we will stay again at your properties.

This house had the best views of any we have stayed in. It was beautiful from any window. The bedrooms were small, but the living/dining area was spacious and very comfortable. Terrific large dining room table and nice sunroom. Wonderful deck and BBQ! The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. Perfect house. We will be back. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The view was outstanding, the house was extremely clean and very comfortable. Wood and kindling were provided for the stove. The kitchen was well-supplied. Great location for walks to the beach - the house was simply outstanding.

Beach Break was exactly what we were hoping it would be. The views were terrific; both harbor and ocean, as well as the 10th Tee on the other side of the house. The house was spacious and more than big enough for the four of us (including big 2 teenage boys). The kitchen was very well equiped. The back deck is sheltered with a nice gas grill.

Beach Break was a beautiful and really well stocked rental home for a weekend away in Bodega Bay. From a kitchen with all the pots, pans and other essentials to firewood for the fireplace, it had everything we needed to just relax like we were at home and enjoy the incredible views!
The quiet neighbordhood was also very nice for a walk in the morning and the close hiking trails made it a great location to enjoy the whole coastal area. Would return in a second to enjoy the beautiful setting and comfy home.
