Casa Del Sol is a very nice house. It is comfortable and very well maintained. There are fabulous views from the house, but it is also very quiet. I highly recommend this house!

It's become a tradition for my spouse and I, together with my parents, to rent a home on the coast for Memorial Day. We have worked with different agencies, stayed in different homes, and are seasoned travellers. Bb&b; Home Rentals was so easy to work with: easy to contact, clear in expectations and directions, and takes excellent care of the property. Everything was in working order, there was a binder with home and appliance information, instructions on what to do in emergencies, etc. The home itself was absolutely beautiful and well-furnished - plenty of spaces to spread out, sit in comfort, retreat, play games, etc. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed - blender, toaster, coffee-maker, dishwasher; as well as plenty of dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and a hairdryer. The TV and sound system were quality. The views of the ocean and pastures were soul-soothing. We definitely want to come back.

Beautiful house that is so well built and designed it was a joy to vacation here. Beds comfortable, linens, dishes, cookware all top quality. Neighborhood great for walking around and close to the beach.

We love this area and this home! This was our second stay with our adult children, and it feels like "home away from home"... but in a serene seaside community. Whoever named this community "Sereno del Mar" gave it an appropriate name.

This is our fourth time staying at Casa del Sol. The spacious private property with its floor to ceiling windows (which bring in so much light), make us feel as though we are outside while in the house. We were here on a stormy weekend recently and never felt stuck inside.

We enjoyed a fantastic weekend at Casa Del Sol with friends. The house is in a beautiful location with incredible views of the ocean. The house was very clean and comfortable. Full kitchen, lots of towels. Nice hot tub. Our friends said the master bed needed a new mattress. Otherwise, the trip was perfect!

This house is simply perfect for my husband and I and the friends we normally share Thanksgiving with. In total, there are 3 couples. It is an extremely comfortable house and just the right size for the 6 of us.

My husband, two small children, and my two parents stayed at the Casa Del Sol during a very rainy and stormy weekend in Bodega. While initially bummed about the weather, the house ended up being the best place to be holed up together for the weekend... It was beyond our expectations -- lovely, clean, comfy, and inviting with its cozy fireplaces, reading lamps and extensive library of books. We enjoyed watching the Giants win the NL Division on the large-screen TV in the living room! There were lots of Dvds and VHS movies for the kiddos, which was an extra surprise -- and had the weather been better, there would have been plenty of space on the property for them to roam around and explore outside. The only thing we were disappointed with was the lack of available pantry items (i.e., ketchup, sugar, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, etc.) -- there was a pantry, but it was locked. We made a couple of extra trips to the store. But the kitchen was otherwise very well-stocked utensil-wise. Nice experience with rental company and appreciate the fact that they wash linens and towels and provide general cleanup. Would have liked to be able to access the home a little earlier than 4:00 p.m. Overall, the best place we have rented in Bodega and a wonderful experience! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

We had a fine visit at the casa del sol except for one problem, the hot tub stopped working after the first day and that dissappointed us.

This was our 3rd year to spend 2 weeks at Casa del Sol with our children and granddaughters present for most of the time. It is a very comfortable home with lovely views of the coast and deer, wild turkeys and cattle just across the fence. The Sonoma Coast beaches are wonderful!!

This home was incredible, we absolutely loved it,it was so comfortable,well stocked,clean and lovely,wonderful views,walk to beach,peaceful and fun..plenty of room to relax and play,lots of games, hot tub,excellent sound/tv systems,high end kitchen,fabulous decorating, not to be missed,we want to thank the homeowners for sharing their wonderful home, and we can't wait to go again!

My family loves Bodega Bay. I am fearful that if I share my true feelings our secret will be out and I will have to compete with so many other people to get our favorite home by the sea.
I am a real estate broker and I view hundreds of homes every year and this home is fantastic. This home is very comfortable, well designed and luxurious to the point that we don't want to leave. The kitchen is very nice with a great view. The master bath is beautiful and large.
There is a tremendous white water ocean view, next to a farm where we have seen cows, bobcats and tons of deer. The proximity of the ocean makes it a simple walk from this home to a wonderful beach. Also we have witnessed fabulous sunsets from the back deck.

With a picture perfect view of the ocean, pasture and hills, wonderful quiet, and cool breezes, we had a wonderful vacation here. The house is spacious and bright - a wonderful place just to hang out if we didn't want to go out. The owners gave this home a lot of thought, and it shows.

The house is nice and close to the beach. It is very roomy and has a very nice sound system that reaches all the room. There are a lot of equipment that are available for use and things to play with as in kites and board games. The heating and a/c are very good as well.

Yearly trip,different house every time, not any more. This is a truly wonderful home with outstanding comfort. The layout is perfect. The amenities are fantastic and the privacy and views are phenomenal. We will be making this rental a regular on the list.
