You enter home to entry foyer with stairs to your right going down to bedroom level of home. Directly straight ahead from the entry area is the dining area and fully equipped Gourmet Kitchen. Moving clockwise to the right is door to the deck area with BBQ. Continuing on to your right and down two steps, is the living room with doors out to large deck facing the Ocean, large fireplace, and 55” big screen HDTV. We stayed here for 3 nights for price of 2. Very nice place and quite roomy. We were a family of 4 plus 3 friends. Jacuzzi worked great. Nice big kitchen fully stocked.About a 3 minute walk down to the beach. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again.

The home's location was great and the weather was incredible. The layout of the house is comfortable but the house needs a deep cleaning and a little updating...maybe a fresh coat of paint, updated bed linens & carpets. Carpets are soiled. There was a dust build up at the top of the kitchen door jam that I cleaned. They should put a comfortable swivel chair for reading in the corner to take advantage of the view (instead of the uncomfortable mini chairs & table). Also was disappointed by the lack of kitchen basics...no foil, plastic wrap, cheap paper towels. Glad we didn't pay full price on this unit.

We stayed here for my birthday and loved it. The view is everything about this house. The open floor plan and windows really allows you to see the view throughout the house. We loved the outside garden and spa area. You can even see the water from the hot tub! I love that fact that if you read their comment book you see that they have done some of the reccomended things that people suggest. Being open to ideas is everything to an owner.I own two vacation rentals myself and can appreciate that. You will enjoy your stay here. I would come back again as well.

Great Deck! Kitchen was well appointed. I live to cook so we had dinner in every evening after shopping at the local markets. We walked the entire beach every morning. Master bed was comfortable. Views were great! Only complaint was that the TV is dated, made watching the Giants play even more painful than usual. We will rent this house again...

First time staying at this house and it was beautiful! We were very comfortable and the short distance to the beach was fabulous. Enjoyed the deck area for breakfast and dinner. Hearing the seals in the distance,seeing the birds, and enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean was amazing!

We love Coastal Paradise! This is our third time here and we always look forward to it. The house is beautifully furnished with a great floor plan. We love the easy access to the beach and, of course, the amazing deck! We can't wait to come back!

We had an excellent time it was my moms 50th birthday and we were suppoe to go to tahoe but got snowed out everyone at bodega bay and beyond was really awesome in helping me get a house to make my moms birthday the best ever. the house was perfect for all of us. the views were great!!! The only thing that I would change is that the kitchen was as well stocked as I liked but other than that it was a perfect weekend!!!

Regretted leaving at checkout time. Serene, sweeping ocean views, great deck, enjoyed having the bedrooms on the lower level though we joked about all the up and down the stairs. Easy trail to beach access. Quiet neighborhood.

We like the home. I liked having the garage and the wash/dryer. The deck was great and my 1 year old was able to run around. We will rent again. If you ever offer any specials on the house, let me know. We have a boat docked in the harbor and travel to B.B frequently.

Our trip was great. We thought the house was a little dirty and the hot tub was murky. I think if I owned it I would want house keeping to do a better job. The dishes had to be re-washed and the floor had crud on it. The house also had some kind of fruit fly explosion going on. All things we could deal with but shouldn't have too.

We enjoyed our first trip to Bodega Bay immensely. The temperature was surprisingly cool. However, this nice cozy house was perfect and we soon forgot about the outside temperature as the bright sun and several windows allowed us to see the true beauty of the area. The view of the bay out of our front window was amazing! Especially enjoyed the large table where all six of us sat and enjoyed meals we had made or ordered from local restaurants.

Stayed here for a week in august. House was very nice and especially well equipped with supplies ... paper towel, tp, laundry detergent, etc. Very much appreciated it especially since the grocery stores in town are very expensive. A very relaxing place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ... playing cards, reading, relaxing, walks on the beach. If you wait until the tide is out, you can go south on the beach quite a ways. Absolutely gorgeous. Thanks so much for a great vacation!!!

My husband and I vacationed with our son and his family. The home is very nice with all the comforts a person needs which is expected for as pricey as it is.The beds were especially comfortable. Our major complaint was with the house next door. They had a fire in their fireplace night and day and the smoke funneled into our place We could not have the doors open or use the decks. I love the ocean air, and the smells that go with it. For as expensive as this house was to rent, we shouldn't have had to put up with the smoke. I would recommend this house to anyone who is use to a moderate level of activity. Some might have difficulty negotiating the last part of trail to the beach and getting back up the hill.

This is the fourth year we have rented this house and it was wonderful as always. It is the perfect house for our family. We love that we can get away and just relax and enjoy each other when we are there. Our only suggestions for improvements would be to upgrade the TV in the family room and master bedroom, replace the shower head in the small bath downstairs and to replace the sofa.

We loved our Christmas stay at the Coastal Paradise home. It was so beautiful and spacious. We especially appreciated the gas stove and full amenities of the kitchen. The outside deck that surrounds the house was awesome. The interior of the house is lovely and we liked the bedrooms being on the lower level. The Cypress trees behind the house were majestic and the walk to the beach was lovely. Can't wait to go back to this home! So relaxing.

We received very good and prompt service from Bodega Bay and Beyond and the property was clean and tidy when we arrived.
The property was really well equipped - missing one or two items in the kitchen but nothing essential - and (very important for the time of year) extremely well stocked with firewood.
The location was very good - close to the beach and with a terrific view.
The layout of the house was great for our family New Year's getaway - the kitchen/dining/lounge area allowed people to read/cook/watch TV/play games in their own 'space' while being with other members of the family.
One or two items in the kitchen needing replacing (the meat thermometer for one).
Overall, a great stay and we would certainly consider returning. -

We are five women who several times each year get away for a "Girls' Weekend"...
This house filled the bill in every regard. The views are wonderful, the beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is very well appointed, everything about the house works!
We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Bodega Bay. It was 25 - 30 degrees cooler than Sonoma. The house is lovely. We cooked most nights - the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of space, nice outdoor decks. We could hear the seals in the harbor. We went wine tasting during the day and would come back to a beautiful deck to watch the sunset. We found the house easy to relax in. There was plenty of wood for a fire in the evening. Any issues we brought to the attention of Bodega Bay and Beyond was taken care of in a timely manor. The shower head in the master bath needs to be replaced. Other than that, all was good.

This was a great home, with great access to the beach. Only drawback was the moldy smell in the downstairs bedrooms. I don't know if it is always like this, or if there is anything that can be done to correct it.
