Through a covered entry walkway, you enter the home into a large, tiled entrance foyer. The entry level contains four Bedrooms. All Bedrooms include Queen size beds, big screen TV's and fireplaces. Proceeding straight ahead from the entry door is the laundry room with door out to large outdoor covered and enclosed Hot Tub/Spa. Proceeding to the right is a full Bathroom with tub/shower and double vanity and two Bedrooms. The home is more than we expected. Each room except one has a gas fireplace. The bedrooms were really nice. The kitchen/greatroom is awesome. Nice views and plenty of room for our Women's Retreat. Great customer service. Look forward to going back next year!!

This was an awesome house. It exceeded our expectations, and was very well kept. We only needed to bring our own food, everything else was provided. We had an awesome time, and all of the ladies who went are making plans to return for next year. This is the house to rent in Bodega Bay if you want to have a restful, awesome time!

The house was great. Had everything we needed and a nice large open floorplan! Our large group fit great in the house with lots of room to spare. Bodega Bay & Beyond Vacation Home Rentals is a great company to work with. We had a nice view of the Bay!

This was our fifth stay at the Harbor Master. We've always enjoyed the stay and the facilities. The only minor negative was that there was no trash receptacle for recyclables. We will be back.

All ten of us felt comfortable, not squeezed but easily able to be together and enjoy a 'gathering' situation. The view was really nice-- looks right down the harbor and bay; we were fortunate to have very cooperative weather. The easy access, yet "away from the main drag action" made it possible for each of us to do what we wanted to do: go birding, take a long walk, drive to beach or Doran Park,or go to the Chowder Festival. The kitchen accomodated all the cooks among us, so we were well fed; it was nice to have two separate gathering/dining areas. The whole process was made very simple, and even when we couldn't find the street number at first, the staff was at the office for us to call. The hot tub was well used also! Also, the 'minimal' clean-up requirements as we left made leaving no drudgery--a nice feeling.

The house rents at a premium price, yet I found the furnishings (furniture, dishes, flatware, pots and pans, cutlery, glassware) to be substandard. The furniture looked as if it came from various yard sales over a period of time. The dishes and flatware are obviously old and worn, and some stained; ditto for the multiple knives. The linens were a completely inferior quality; something I would expect at a Motel 6. Every morning (including upon arrival) we had to scrape up the garbage outside because something got into the cans.

Check in was a breeze, staff was very friendly, home was neat and clean.
i would suggest more trash cans, we were a party of 10 and stayed all week. little things like extra light bulbs, access to the garage, if we are to park out of the court it would have been nice to put a car or two in the garage. -

It was Mom's 80th b'day. there were 15 of us 4 kids age 4-13 and 11 adults, with lots of room left over. Anything we needed the Staff ant BB&B; helped us with. this is the second time we rented from this Company and will again.

We had our semi-annual family reunion at Bodega Bay this year. The cool temps were welcome after coming from 100+ at home for many. The house is roomy, with plenty of space for all to sit together; the kitchen is open and a dream to prepare our "feasts". The bedrooms are comfortable and the laundry facilities was also very helpful for our week long stay. We would highly recommend this house to anyone. Please be aware the neighbors (to the west) are very "aware" of all your comings and goings. Make sure you park in the driveway!! That was our our only issue. We felt relaxed and refreshed after our stay and would love to go back sometime.

The house was big enough for all to enjoy. We had grandchildren and felt very safe having them with us. We did not feel cramped at all.
There were however cobwebs that should have been taken care of. -

The property was roomy, nice view of the harbor, easy access to town and sights. Beds were comfortable, with rollaways to expand sleeping capabilities for families. Interior stairs and easily accessed exterior spa room might not work well for families w/small children. Two very large tables for dining, but a little lean on chairs to fill both tables. Excellent site for our families gathered for a wedding, and we'd rent the home again.

This is a fabulous house. Huge great room that is open to the kitchen. I stayed with a group of 14 women scrap bookers. There was plenty of room for all our stuff. The bedrooms were nice and big. Every bedroom but one has a gas fireplace, which was great for heating up the bedrooms to each person's comfort level. The hot tub is big and worked great. The house was very clean. We had a great time.

My quilting friends and I love to come to Harbor Master once a year to spend a week of sewing and fun. The house is perfect for us with it's large tables and spacious great room. We never feel crowded, even when there are 12 of us present. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The bathroom are large enough for 4 people to share. The Master Bedroom is especially nice and is always the room everyone wants to get!
The view from the front deck is spectacular! This house is the one we will come back to year after year... -

We are a group of 12 ladies and we scrapbook all weekend. There are large tables with an open floor plan. This was our 10th year at this location - we love it. The weather was cold but beautiful. The view of the sunrise sparkling off the bay was spectactular. We will definately be back.

Overall the size of the house was great for a large group. Lots of room to spread out. The kitchen was a nice place to be in and was well stocked. We felt like the hot tub area needed some work...mildew on the floor, broken plastic cover up above where the leaves where falling in. It was way overly chlorinated to the point you could not stay in it with out breathing it in and coughing. The hot tub was one of the main reasons we rented that house...that and the extra free night. we still made the best of it and glad it was there. I doubt I would rent the house again for these reasons: house needed some interior painting, one facet in downstairs bathroom not working. Hot tub issues as previously mentioned. Aside from the house itself, I felt like Bodga Bay really did not have enough to offer our group. Perhaps we need a place with a little more activity. Each time I emailed your company, you were very professional and prompt with a response. I appreciated that.

My friends and I have been coming out to stay at the Harbor Master house twice a year for the past ten years. We do a lot of scrapbooking and love all of the table space so we can really spread out. The house is perfectly set up for our needs. We love the remodeled kitchen and the other improvements.

Beautiful home with a view of the Bay and an isolated driveway--a perfect get-away for a large family! The house came with foldable tables and chairs and a luxurious outdoor/indoor spa. Check-in was extremely painless and wireless was a plus. Highly recommend this home!

This house was perfect for our family gathering - 7 adults and 7 children ranging from 2 to 8 years old. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The openness of the main living area made it easy to keep an eye on the kids. The roll-away beds provided flexibility in setting up family sleeping arrangements. As an added plus, we saw deer on the dunes behind the house one morning, and a sea lion and Great Blue Heron down at the marina one evening! We would definitely book it again.

Home and location were beautiful. Home is very open and a great place for a family to gather and spend quality time together. Only issues are with the plumbing and internal noise. Plumbing is very suspect and toilets can back up very easy. Other issue is that noise seems to travel very easy in the home...into every room with just basic conversation (insulation between floors seems inadeqaute. Alll in all though we enjoyed the home, spacious room and time in Bodega.

We have stayed with several couples in this home a few times.We've been renting from this company for about 10 years and will continue.This home is perfect for a large family or a few couples. It has 5 bedrooms, so there is a bedroom for each couple. The location is perfect--right off the main road.Bodega Bay and Beyond are very pleasant to work with. We plan on staying at this home, or another large one, next year.

This is the second time that we've stayed at the Harbor Master. We have quite a large extended family and the accomodations are perfect for this. The great room allows for significant group interaction and at the same time each room allows for a comfortable private retreat, with personal fireplaces. Close to the harbor and ocean, beautiful views and sunsets, quiet. We all had a wonderful time.

This was our second year spending New Year's out in Bodega Bay. Harbor Master was a wonderful home for our family to rest and relax after the Christmas Holidays. The upstairs was a wonderful place for all to do their own thing, whether it was watching football games on TV, playing board games, putting picture albums together, or helping the children with craft projects. There was plenty of room for everyoneto have their own space. If solitude was what you were looking for, each of the bedrooms were perfect with their own TV's and fireplaces. The hottub was not overlooked and received plenty of use, especially with the cool days. We all enjoyed numerous walks along the water which certainly helped to stir our appetites. Cooking was adelight because the kitchen was well stocked for putting on any kind of meal. Our family enjoyed our time at Harbor Master so much, we have booked it for New Year's 2011. Looking forward to seeing you all then.

We truly enjoyed our visit to Bodega Bay. The house was excellent. We had 14 people at the house and there was never an issue on space. It was well-equipped and greatly accomodated our needs. The hot tub was very spacious and relaxing. However, do not use it past 10pm (quiet time) as the neighbors need their beauty sleep. Don't get me wrong, the neighbors were very polite and nice about the situation so we gladly relocated our party back inside.
Unfortunately, we had some plumbing issues while we were there and when we called BB&B, Peggy took care of it right away.
Thanks for a great weekend. We will definitely consider staying there again. -

First, I was amazed at the size of this home to sleep all 15 of us, comfortably. But, now the down side...
1).The dishwasher didn't work. It wasn't plumbed right food from the garbage disposal backed back into it. That made me question, how clean is these dishes.
2). The master bedroom sheets and some of the roll away beds wasn't changed. How do I know. Let me see I found pubic hairs and sand..
3). Not enough trash bags for 15 people. Come on 6 for three days
4). Plumbing, let me see the hot was cold in several of the sinks.
5). The hot tub....Smelled bad...chorline..The water had not been changed in a very long time.
6). A broken radio that didn't get any channels on it to listen to music.
It is a grand home but it does have issues. I only wish I didn't get them. -

We have been renting your properties for over 13 years and we loved this house! There were 10 of us and it can be hard to meet the needs of 10 women - this house did it. The view was good, tons of room for everyone to be in the same living area / conversation area. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The home was very clean and neat.
We will go back to this home again!
Also, thanks for your great customer service - we love all of the amenities you provide and that is why we always come back. Other rental homes we've tried in Santa Cruz and Tahoe required we bring our own linens,towls, etc and what a pain when you are supposed to be on vacation!

This is the 9th year I have stayed at this vacation house. We are a group of scrapbookers and love the large tables and open space. The house is in need of a few minor repairs (faucet in bathroom downstairs did not work, Doors to hot tub broken)but the house works great for us. We will be back. Thank you
