To the right of the hallway is a large living room with slider door out to deck with views of Inner Bay and Ocean, Queen sofa bed, large flat-screen HDTV with Blu-ray DVD and surround sound, multi-room/spa stereo with CD player and iPod dock, river stone fireplace, sliding door to deck. The stay at the Lighthouse was so nice. Everything was very close, no more than 5 to 10 minutes away and thats only if you wanted to leave! The view itsef was so sreen and relaxing. The space was ample, you didn't even know anyone else was around. Clean, roomy, airy and comfortable. This was our first experience at this and I am pretty picky. The only downfall which was minor was we had a problem connecting to the internet and no cell phone service, however they did have a house phone in case of an emergency. So all in all we realky enjoyed our stay, Thank you!!

We loved The Lighthouse. It was perfect for our family and friends.Great space, very clean, spacious and very comfortable beds. It had everything we asked for and more. We only wished that the hot tub was in a different location, maybe with a better view and the BBQ was a bit rusty, but not a big deal since we had everything else so nice.

We come over and stay for 4 nites during New Years. We either stay at the Dophin or Lighthouse home. We decided to stay at the Lighthouse this year, which is a nice and comfortable home. However, we had ants the whole time we were there despite the ant bait and spray. This home needs some serious lighting fixes. There is not enough lamps for reading in any of the rooms. The master bedroom has one lamp on one of the night stands so if you or your partner want to read in bed you have to turn on all the lights. That was the case in the livingroom and other bedrooms too. We purchased charcoal for the barbeque because we knew this home had a weber grill, however we could not use it because the handle to the lid was rusted and had broken off. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant and relaxing and went by too fast. Hopefully, these issues will be remedied for the next renters.

We've rented from you for years, and this is the nicest house we've ever rented. The home is beautiful and peaceful. Very comfortable beds! The kitchen is very well stocked, and we loved the wild turkey who strolled by each morning. Beautiful views!

Large, well maintained, beautifully decorated, very relaxing home perched on a hilltop overlooking Bodega Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Truly large, spaceous rooms that were comfortable for 3 adult couples, with plenty of ocean views, multiple decks and a very private hot tub.
Although it's located in a high-end development comprised mostly of suburban-but-uniquely-styled vacation homes, we really didn't see a lot of other people around during our stay. We certainly never felt crowded... It's a pretty quiet neighborhood.
The neighboring town is quite small and has a couple of restaurants and a small food store, so amenities are very limited and the restaurants close early - but it's an easy and lovely drive into the Russian River area or back to Sebastopol.
We normally get a house at Sea Ranch, CA, but this was a very nice change and only half the distance from San Francisco. I would definitely recommend this home for your vacation.
