Description from the owner
This village house is of traditional stone, with 50 cm (20 inch) thick walls and built mid-20th century. It is located near the Bodrum village of Yalikavak and less than 20 minutes to Bodrum city. Standing high and above the other houses in the village allows unobstructed, fabulous views of the mountains, the sea, plus the harbour of Yalikavak. The sunset is fabulous. The location on the North side of the Peninsula affords cool breezes. The house has an extensive veranda/patio where one can relax or have a slow meal while taking in the views. Abgeschiedenes Paradies mitten in der Zivilisation!
Das kleine, mit antiquitäten liebevoll ausgestattete Farmhaus liegt mitten in einem touristisch erschlossenen Gebiet nahe Bodrum.
Sobald wir allerdings unser auto oberhalb des Grundstücks an der Gartentüre geparkt und das Grundstück betreten hatten, fühlten wir uns in vollkommener abgeschiedenheit.
Das Haus ist in eine Felslandschaft am Hang integriert und von einem Garten mit blühenden Wiesen, Blumen und Büschen umgeben. Das Haus selbst, die Terrasse, der Pool … sind vollkommen uneinsehbar. Abends konnten wir von der Terrasse oder vom Pool aus den Sonnenuntergang im Meer genießen.
Die ausstattung (heißes Wasser, Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirr…- wer möchte, sogar TV) ist makellos. Wir haben nichts vermisst.
Wir haben unseren aufenthalt in diesem kleinen Paradies sehr genossen und können es jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
