This was my second trip to Bogota and last time stayed in a brand new hotel. This was preferable. My daughter got married and we had extended family coming so we decided to go the condo route this trip. The condo was very clean, almost brand new but we had a lot of problems with hot water, internet issues, cable TV issues, etc. But I must say that every problem we had Eduardo, our condo manager, was very reposnsive and helpful and everything was fixed to our satisfaction. Make sure you bring a blow dryer, soap, tissues and shampoo and conditioner because there are very few toiletries other than pump soap for the shower. Issues with scalding hot or freezing cold showers. The maid was fantastic and 24 hour front door security made us feel safe. Nice quiet safe neighborhood. No shopping nearby except for some small markets and restaurants. I would definately recommend this for a group. It's nice and much cheaper than a hotel and the owners were honest helpful and professional. Beware non insulated walls and thin paned glass. You can hear everything in the building and outside but I am learning it's that way everywhere in Colombia. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Bogota.

Thank you for your nice review, as you know, we had to finish remodeling apartment quickly for your daughter´s wedding. It
was a race against time.
Fortunately we almost finish on time, but still, it was not ready.
I am sorry about the inconvenience.
Well, apartment is finish now. Hot water is working perfectly, internet,
cable TV, etc.Everything is in top shape.
Today, we are better than the best hotel and cheaper than a Bed
and Breakfast. You should see it,
