Luxury loft style living in a great neighbourhood just steps from Unicentro shopping mall and the bars, cafes and restaurants on Calle 122. This condo is located on the top floor of a newly constructed building, its high ceilings mean you can enjoy an uninterrupted view across the west of the city through the balcony doors. The principal living area consists of a modern fitted kitchen with a large breakfast bar and handy laundry zone with a washer / dryer. There is a large L shaped sofa for relaxing as well as a small balcony. The bedroom enjoys a large double bed and flatscreen cable TV along with a large en-suite bathroom with shower.   My wife and I have rented an apartment the last several trips to Colombia. The last couple of times, we've used aptsColombia. Working with Benjamin has always been a smooth process. Both times the check in process and check out process have been smooth, safe, and the owner extremely courteous and organized. This apartment in particular was extremely comfortable, and the owner built a manual with all of the important information about the apartment, how to use wifi, appliances, etc. Its also very close to Unicentro and the hip dining areas like BBC and Crepes & Waffles. Lots of shopping nearby. Highly recommended!

  Really wonderful apartment, just a bit north

  This is a modern, comfortable, fully furnished and quiet apartment with. 24 hour security guard. With kitchen, washer/dryer, living room and 1 1/2 baths. Very safe and clean neighborhood, All amenities are provided- kitchen utensils, microwave, nice towels, cleaning items, etc. All very very comfortable. Strong wifi. Even a phone landline. The managing company are very quick to respond and helpful, very patient with a useful "apartment manual" provided. The "issue" is its location. About 4 blocks from a huge huge mall (Unicentro which also has a large Exito supermarket) and Restaurants, banks, etc nearby..which is great, however if you a re a tourist, it's quite far from the historical sites in La Candelaria (an hour, depending on traffic) and 20+ minutes from Zona Rosa, where you want to eat, shop ..the hipster area. At Unicentro there are all the Collectivo Buses you will need to get around town, I actually preferred this to the TransMilenio which was a 15 minute walk to get to the station and to me, not as convenient. At Unicentro there is also a Tourist Office booth with maps, and bilingual staff. For the value, it might be worth the extra journey time, it is really a wonderful apartment. Do note that the dryer takes forever, a load takes 3+ ors to dry, even as stated in the manual provided =(. So not as convenient as I thought it might be...probably would have been better off having the launderers 2 blocks away take care of. Bt really the apartment itself and attention given is lovely.
