The Grandison Manor was formerly Bed and Breakfast with chandeliers and wooden floors and

eagle claw cast iron bathtubs. It has a laundry room, cable TV /high speed internet and towel and sheet maid service.

It is centrally located - the address is 1841 NW 15th Street, OKC, OK 73106 (405) 204-3820 just 1 minute from I-40 and 3 minutes to I-44.

It is in a unique part of town called the college addition because it is located just 8

blocks south of OKC University. The Kirkpatricks, OKC's wealthiest family, have purchased

a dance studio just one block north, there is a Broadway play Lyric theater there as well, an...d

a sculpture artist and Oklahoma's best photographer have their studios there on NW 16th

street. Flaming Lips famous Oklahoma rock band lead singer has his compound just

four blocks east.

The Grandison Manor borders the rich Catholic school parishioner's homes 1 block to the

north and a blue collar worker area to the south. All of my neighbors work with their

hands for a living: a carpenter, painter, cement worker, restaurant manager, computer

programmer, etc, while to the north we have managers and executives.

My neighbors are a family oriented neighborhood with kids playing in the yards. I like the area because as a middle class school teacher and principal, I border the rich and middle class and act as bridge between these two classes of people for education bridges the gap between those that have and those that don't. All people can become rich with the right training and education.

I was overseas in China see www.LASChina.org as a principal of an international

school. We had 28 different countries represented here and five languages spoken among

our 200+ staff and 28 languages amongst our 550 students. I am sure have have stories of interesting places as well to share.

We have one room with private bath left called the Rose room. It has a king size bed and fireplace.
