The apartment is located in the refined Via D'Azeglio, just 5 minutes away from Piazza Maggiore and immersed in the privacy and elegance of one of the most exclusive areas of Bologna. In the vicinity there are a lot of churches and monuments, such as the popular Collegio di Spagna, dating back to 1300, and the historicalneighbourhood of Porta Saragozza, with its typical restaurants and bars.
At about 100 metres is the well-known Via Farini, the most exclusive shopping street of Bologna, rich in boutiques and shops.

El apartamento se encuentra muy bien situado a un corto paseo del centro y zona peatonal de la ciudad.Cuenta con dod dormitorios , salón, baño y cocina , está situado en una tercera planta sin ascensor.
Estaba limpio y el personal de recepciĂłn fue muy amable.
Su estado general es muy bueno.
DeberĂan instalar cama/camas en el segundo dormitorio, dado que cuenta con sofá cama. -

My husband and I recently stayed in this apartment for a little over a month and loved it. It's modern and clean, in a great location (5 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore) and is on a quiet street (which is important in a city where the bars stay open very late). The bedroom was large and comfortable and the little office was perfect for my husband to get some work done. Fabulous, large kitchen. We will definitely rent it again!
As for Halldis, I couldn't recommend them more - everyone with the company whom we met during our stay was professional, prompt, kind and helpful. I couldn't imagine using another service or going through Craigslist to rent internationally ever again.
