Spacious and bright one bedroom apartment for vacation rentals in Bologna with separate kitchen and terrace, located on the third floor of a building (with elevator). The apartment, recently renovated and refurbished, is located in a strategic position between the historical center and Bologna Trade Show.

This apartment, overlooking the inner courtyard of the building and therefore very private and quiet, has been recently renovated in a modern and functional style. A large foyer introduce sto the two rooms of the day area: a spacious and fully equippedseparate eat-in kitchen, complete with an electric oven, dishwasher and a table for 4... people, and which gives access to a comfortable and sunnyterrace, and a largeliving roomfurnished with a bookcase, a comfortabledouble sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV set and apouf turning into a single sofa bed.

The apartment is located in a semi-suburban area of the city, right by the ring road which surrounds thehistorical centre. Comfortable for both the University and theTrade Showareas.
The area itself is well served by public transport and not far from thecentral station.

  Booking the flat was extremely complicated and time-consuming. The flat we originally reserved and paid the deposit for turned out to have been sold, so we had to book another, more expensive one in a different area - and pay another deposit. Sorting out the double deposit issue took many emails, although the second agent we dealt with was finally helpful. As we only knew the centre of Bologna, we didn't realise that the flat was in a rather bleak area and involved a very long walk into the centre and a fairly lengthy walk to the fair (which was why we were there). Although adequately furnished - and with a comfortable bed - the flat was poorly equipped. It was advertised as sleeping 5, yet there were only two small cups, no wine glasses, a broken corkscrew etc and there was absolutely nothing in it apart from one small roll of loo paper. We arrived on a Sunday and all the shops were closed, so we had to walk for miles to find a tiny shop in the centre to buy dishwashing liquid, jcloths, loo paper and various other basics. We left these behind, along with salt, olive oil etc, after our five day stay, but imagine they will be removed before the next occupants arrive. It felt rather mean-spirited and unwelcoming and not what one is used to (we are regular self-caterers). The best thing was the representative who met us on arrival and on departure. He was punctual, efficient, helpful and charming. There was also a nearby Spa which was very convenient for shopping after the first Sunday.

  we apologize for the booking process that was not as fast as expected, we surely take your comment into consideration. We’re sorry that the location was not completely suitable to your needs and that on Sunday you didn’t find any open shop in the neighborhood. In order to avoid these inconveniences, starting from April, we welcome our guests with a special kit containing all they need the first days (pasta, tomato sauce, olive oil, 2 bottles of water, coffee, the, sugar and salt).
