The apartment is located a few steps from the famous via San Felice (where the first tower of Bologna was built in order to keep a lookout for enemies coming from Modena), within a 10 minute walking distance from Piazza Maggiore, and a few steps away fromvia Saragozza.
In the vicinity of the apartment is a great variety of shops, pharmacies and supermarkets and Via Pratello offers plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants. In Via Lame and in Via Marconi there are two cinemas, while in Porta Saragozza the cinema Chaplin screens movies in their original version on Mondays.
The airbus stops in Via San Felice, while various buses leading to Sant’Orsola and Maggiore Hospital stop in Via Lame.

Flat is spacious and clean however we would have liked bed-side lamps and a bed-side table in each bedroom-there were non provided in any of the rooms. It is also a huge oversight to not provide dish-washer tablets, tea cloths nor dish cloths. A couple of side lamps in the living room and a coffee table would have added to our general comfort. And why are there are no chairs or tables out on the large terrace? The kitchen was sparsely equipped. There was no chopping board and a mish-mash of chipped mugs, glasses and coffee cups. Over all it's a real shame that these small details are over looked as this could be a superb flat.

Stayed in this apartment for a long weekend with friends. Location is excellent - everything is walking distance yet in a quiet area. Apartment had everything we needed and lots of space. Definitely recommend it and cost is worthwhile for a group of 4-6 people.
