The apartment is located at the second floor of a small recently renovated building, in the old town centre. On a quiet, traffic limited avenue, near the Collègio de Spagna, Piazza Maggiore and Due Torri (the Two Towers). This is a very well served area, providing a wide range of transportation, restaurants (specialising in local and seafood dishes, nouvelle cousine), pubs, a post office, the City Hall, pharmacies and supermarkets.
From the apartment you can easily reach the Fiera District, the railway station, the University (Via Zamboni).

L’appartamento è ubicato al 2° piano di una piccola palazzina ristrutturata di recente, nel pieno centro storico di Bologna (in una via di pregio e per nulla trafficata), a pochi metri dal famoso “Collegio di Spagna” ed a due passi da Piazza Maggiore e dalle due Torri. La zona è servitissima dai mezzi pubblici. Nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti numerosi ristoranti/trattorie (specializzati in cucina tipica e di pesce), uffici postali e comunali, farmacie, bar, edicole e supermercati.
Dall’appartamento è facilmente raggiungibile il Fiera District, la Stazione Ferroviaria, la zona universitaria (Via Zamboni), il Policlinico S.Orsola e l’Ospedale Maggiore.
