Elegant and modern one bedroom apartment for rent in Bologna, located on the second floor of a typical building of the historical center (without elevator) in one of the most exclusive residential areas of the city, at just 2 minutes by foot from the Giardini Margherita and at less than 10 minutes from the city center.

This elegant 45 sq.mt apartment, fitted with all modern amenities, was designed and furnished by one of the most famous interior designer in Italy. Every detail was conceived to combine comfort, functionality and elegance. Thanks to the independent heating and to the air conditioning system, it is possible to maintain the... desired temperature in all seasons.

The entrance door opens up directly onto theliving room, where it is possible to watch the 32ā€¯ flat screen TV while relaxing on the leather couch.

Thekitchen, separated by a room divider, is fully equipped and complete with electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. Above a black lacquered table for 2 people you will see a particular design lamp which assumes a different form from different points of view.

A lovely decorated glass door leads to thebedroom, which offers adouble bed, two bedside table with abat-jours and a closet. The room is enlightened by a window overlooking the inner courtyard of the building.

Next to the entrace door, a designer door with bas-relief floreal decorations leads to thebathroom, covered in dark porcelain gres and complete with a built-in shower and minimalist bathroom fittings.The location of this exclusive solution allows to enjoy the comforts of the city center, while the vicinity of the Giardini Margherita and the city hills make it particularly attractive for anyone who wishes to be surrounded by green areas as well.Read more

The apartment is located in a quiet and comfortable area, close to the ring road which encircles the historical center.
Well served by public means of transport, the apartment is located close to Piazza di Porta Castiglione, from which it is possible to reach by foot the historical center, rich in museums, churches and palaces.
The Giardini Margherita, the most important park in the city, is located at just a stoneā€™s throw.
The bus line 33, directed to the Exhibition Hall, and the bus line 32, directed to the Central Station, stop close to the apartment.
Pay parking in Viale Panzacchi (ex-Staveco).

  We rented this appt for 13 nights. One roll I toilet paper, no water in fridge, no salt or pepper. No soap! We had to ask for everything.
  The sheets in the large bed were shockingly old and worn.
  The showers stall was not clean and there is no soap dish anywhere.
  Towels were ok but we're not changed once during our 13 night stay nor were the sheets despite our requesting.
  No washer in appt.
  Oven does not work.
  useless hooks in so-called designer bathroom ( too small, too tight for average height guests) so our towels always on the floor.
  Location of the appt very good.Modern, but not designed for comfort.

  Quiet street close to the center.

  Finding the apartment was not difficult as it is near the Viale and Porta San Marmalo. Simone of the check in staff was prompt,helpful and friendly made checking in smooth and pleasant. The street is quiet yet literaly a 10 min walk to the Neptune fountain and the main Piazza in the center.
  The apartment is small and probably not recommended for more than 2 people. The bidet did not work and the kitchen could have some more equipment. (The last place we rented had an espresso maker.)
  Overall Via Miramonte was a good place well located.
