ENGLISH DESCRIPTION: The apartment is located in the magnificent via Asiago, in the very first outskirts of Bologna, close to porta San Felice (only 700/800 meters) and therefore, close to the historical center. A street not at all busy and well served by public transportations (the bus stop is just 100 m away in the adjacent via Saffi and in Via Vittorio Veneto), from which you can reach the historical center on foot, in just 10/15 minutes.
Nearby there are several typical restaurants, a post office, supermarkets, several banks, schools and a large park (in nearby Via Piave), that allows a relaxing walks and also in total safety. The parking area is fee-paying from the daylight hours (for the presence of blue stripes).

DESCRIZIONE IN ITALIANO: L’appartamento è ubicato nella splendida via Asiago, nella primissima periferia bolognese, vicino a Porta San Felice (appena 700/800 metri) e dunque a ridosso del centro storico. Una via non trafficata e servitissima dai mezzi pubblici (la fermata dei bus è ad appena 100 metri nella adiacente via Saffi ed in Via Vittorio Veneto), da cui è possibile raggiungere il centro storico anche a piedi, in appena 10/15 minuti.
Nelle immediate vicinanze sono presenti diversi ristoranti tipici, supermercati, un ufficio postale, numerose banche, scuole ed un grande parco (presente nella vicina Via Piave), che consente passeggiate in completo relax e sicurezza. Il parcheggio nell’area è a pagamento dalle ore diurne (per la presenza di strisce blue).
