Beautifully decorated 2nd floor condo. All new furnishings. Enjoy the 10 miles of walking /bike paths within this 2,400 acre lushly landscaped community or take the shuttle to the private beach park on Bonita Beach for a day of sun and fun. Beach park provides lounge chairs, there are restrooms,showers, charcoal grills and gazebo with picnic tables (full time attendant on duty). Three waterfront recreational areas on the property. We stayed for three months from Jan6th to april 4th 2012.Accomodation satisfactory.
Booked and dealt with Premier Sotheby's International Realty.Never had any contact with the owner.Shocked to find out that we are penalized for large sum for false accusations such as cleansing of pre existing carpet stains,disappearance of wornout doormat so called'Tupper ware'which were really Dollar store bought plastic containers and bleaching of white sheet.?
Much to our disappointment the Realty agent did nothing to resolve it.
