There is ceramic tile throughout the living area and beautiful hardwood floors in the bedrooms. Watch the sunrise from the lanai and you just might see dolphins, manatees and water birds feeding in the bay. This condo will be your home away from home! Just cross the street to the beautiful beach!Monthly minimum November to April. Must check in on the first of the month, no mid-month rentals accepted during December through April.Two weeks minimum accepted in May through October. Bedding: 2 Queens
