  This condo was a former model that is beautifully furnished and upgraded with Tommy Bahama style furnishings and high end finishes. It is an end unit with preserve and resort pool / spa views, high ceilings, and it is light, bright and private. The views from the living / dining room give you the feel of being in a forest, and there is over 300 sq feet of balconies for your sunning and tanning pleasures! The resort amenities include a huge pool with rock waterfall, spa, and clubhouse, and have the feel as though you are staying at the Ritz! The condo is close walking distance to the incredible Coconut Point Mall, which has great boutique shopping, dozens of restaurants in all price ranges, a movie theatre, and outdoor dining with live music. Best of all you are only about 6 or 7 miles to beautiful Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach in Naples, and other prime Naples beaches. This new condo and its location is a real hidden jewel, that will be the perfect winter escape in the sun for anyone lucky enough to book it!
