We truly enjoyed this Old Florida Cottage which is extremely close to the beach (about 1.5 miles), so a very easy bike ride, walk, or car. We spent a great deal of time at Delnor-Wiggins State Park which is a beautiful natural area with a lovely beach for watching dolphins and fishing. The neighborhood around this cottage is wonderful for biking and walking! The cottage is complete with everything you would need and so very clean, plus just a short drive to the grocery store and resturants. The screened lanai with the wonderful landscaping is an extra plus for morning coffee, meals, or just relaxing with the swish of the palms and the song of the birds! John and Libby are excellent to work with and have done an outstanding job of making this an unique vacation experience! We hope to return!

We had a very pleasant experience renting the Beachy Old Florida Cottage. It was close to Barefoot Beach which was lovely and the owners had just purchased bikes that offered a fun way to get to and enjoy the Barefoot Beach Preserve. The Cottage had lots of charm and was very clean. We could not have been happier. It is perfect for two people. It was in a very quiet neighborhood but close to Bonita Springs Blvd with easy access to everything. They had everything you could need for the beach available and we honestly could not think of anything we wish they would have had that they didn't already think of. You cannot go wrong with this adorable cottage.

Cottage was well appointed. Libby and John told me all I needed to bring was my personal belongings...and they were right! From beach chairs and beach towels they had it all. They even bought me a coffee grinder to use when I was there! I really liked being in the middle of it all...shopping, food and most importantly the beach!I'm planning on coming back later this year!

Our first time in the Bonita Springs area was wonderful. Beach was close enough to bike to, but Barefoot Beach was our favorite. John and Libby Conrath were attentive and helpful. We especially appreciated the book they provided with info on entertainment, shopping and restaurants. They were also informative about where to buy a beach parking pass as we were staying for several weeks. The pass was well worth the money upfront as we were at the beach often. We would love to stay with the Conraths again.
