Five bedroom, three bath home that has just been remodeled and updated. New kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, new appliances, new ceramic tile on first floor. Bamboo hardwood flooring on stairs and second floor. New furniture in the entire house.
First floor has two full bedrooms, including a Master Suite with a sitting room and two full baths. Second floor has three full bedrooms and a full bath with a skylight.

This home was better than a resort. It was a great value and the owner was very easy to work with. It is in a quiet neighborhood near some of the best beaches in the Country. We spent most of our time at barefoot beach but we also loved the sunset from naples pier and Santibel island had the best shells. There are some great dining options nearby and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We brought our 5 children and they loved having their own bedrooms with tv and a hideaway nook that was all beautifully decorated. The master suite has a very comfortable bed, private bath, sitting room and pool access. We enjoyed the pool and garden and really loved the screened in patio. A lot of care was taken to make us feel like we were in a luxury resort. Thank you for allowing us to vacation in your beautiful home.

Pavilion, NYWonderful Winter Getaway for Retired Northern Extented family!

My Husband, brothers, sister-in-law and Mom had 3 wonderful winters in this awesome house. With all the separate bedrooms and baths, we all felt at home and comfortable. The house was large enough that you always had a private place when needed but lots of great family gatherining space to spend time together and have meals weather inside or outside on the back patio and pool deck! Even our separate TV watching and movie likes could be taken care of with the abundance of TV/ dvds everywhere!
Gary was a great landlord. He even showed up the very next day with a brand new dryer when we emailed him to tell him the dryer was not working properly. We had every convience of home and actually even more!
My sister in law and I would walk to the beach several times per week. We joined the local fitness club and loved coming back to our private pool for a swim!!! We loved the location With beautiful Naples right down the road!
We are hoping to be able to return again soon.This time maybe the the little grand children can come for a visit, too. Gary even had a port a crib for us. Truely I think anything you need. Just ask.. they probably have it! -

This was the second home our families stayed at and it was breathtaking. It is a very beautifully decorated home and very spacious with the 5 bedrooms. It even had a x-mas tree up.
We truly enjoyed it.
