Left on 07/11/2012 for a stay in June 2012
Stayed here 5 nights with 7 girl friends! Great location if you want some privacy and close enough to several nice public beaches. Short drive to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. There were several minor maintenance issues however, other than 2 of the 4 showers not working, it was very comfortable. With 8 females, 4 working showers would have been nice! The house is very spacious and clean. Each level has it's own living space and kitchen so it would be ideal for 2 families to rent and share expense! Everything you would need is very close (CVS, Publix, souvenier shops, Kmart, etc). Bay Pointe Property Mgmt was very helpful. They answered all our pre-arrival questions and even allowed us to check in early!
