Enjoy spacious 3 bedroom 2 full baths, giant kitchen, living room combo and screened in lanai. This property is in one of the older private subdivisions of old Bonita Springs. Formally an orange grove on the Imperial River. We have our own orange and grapefruit tree on site. It is a nice quiet area. Enjoy your own private dock on the river. Great for Kyaking, canoeing, or you may bring your own boat. By boat it is about 3 miles to the gulf and is a beautiful trip to there. It is a short drive to many eating establishments, shopping or any amenity you can imagine. Also it is a short drive to beautiful sandy Gulf beaches.

This was a very quiet, clean , spacious rental with large bedrooms , kitchen and living area. Our hosts who lived downstairs couldn't have been more accommodating. On the banks of the Imperial River,we were able to spend a couple of hours exploring its quiet waters and even managed to see a manatee swimming by our dock.

We enjoyed our two week stay, the accommodations very clean and spacious. loved the old Bonita area with unique restaurants and park areas close by. The house has everything you need to cook and even an electric juicer for the fresh oranges and grapefruit on premises. Not modern in furnishings but very comfortable. Would go back.

Main living space spacious and promotes family get-togethers. Has a screened porch that overlooks the Imperial River. Fun to watch the boaters and birds off this porch. Having a dock made it easy to launch my kayak.
Very convenient for great shopping, golfing and restaurants. In less than ten minutes can be at the gulf beaches.
Priced rights for a casual get away from the cold of the north. Our family liked the location, and the kid/adults park in the neighborhood. Also, very easy to rent boats if you do not have one to bring.
