Spanish Wells is a lovely gated country club community 5 minutes to the beach and a few miles to Naples. Fort Myers airport is 20 minutes away. This two story townhouse has European charm with two master suites, each with it's own en suite. You may join the country club for golf, for a transfer fee of $265.00 per month.
Membership includes golf (for a fee), pool, fitness center, tennis, etc. Small 15lb. DOG allowed / NO CATS ALLOWED.
Waterside Shoppes in Naples, Coconut Mall, and Bonita Springs Mall are just ten minutes away.

Only minutes to Barefoot beach and shopping. Twenty minutes to Fort Myers airport. Near route 41 and Bonita Beach Road. Park in carport #105 just outside your front door. There is a private court yard in the front and a screened-in lanai in the back facing the golf course. There is a new flat screen TV in the living room and a new queen size bed in one of the master suites.

This attractive town house has all the comforts of home. Large bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, efficient, well-stocked kitchen, laundry room, and loads of storage make this vacation home complete for a pleasurable stay. We especially liked having both a lanai for lounging, and an enclosed private courtyard for afternoon cocktails. We ate outside frequently and enjoyed cooking on the gas grill. The owner's brother lives nearby, so if anything needs attention, he is there immediately to help. This homey vacation spot helped us fall in love with Bonita Springs. The Spanish Wells neighborhood is quiet, private, and a safe gated community. Even though this is an attached town house, we hardly ever heard the neighbors. Being on the first tee of the golf course afforded us a lot of entertainment watching the golfers! We definitely recommend staying at this condo. You will really enjoy yourselves.
